Lovely home with great views of the waves. Very impressed with how well stocked it was- lots of dishes, platters, and silverware. Even a waffle maker and a cake stand! Beds were very comfortable, check in was super easy, and communication very effective. Looking forward to rebooking in the summer.

15 family members stayed in this home for an A&M graduation. We were told we could not check in two hours early to drop off our luggage. Wanted to attend graduation without luggage in car. Checked in after graduation and realized refrigerator was not working. It actually smelled as if had not worked for some time (musty). Emailed property manager and they responded promptly. Stated the refrigerator was working with previous renters. Maintenance person shows up, unplugged it and told us to wait for a few hours and turn back on. Interesting enough, he had a small college type refrigerator that he brought up, still in the box. We tried to accommodate 15 people's worth of food for a weekend in this refrigerator. Sadly, the majority of our food spoiled. Refrigerator never worked after plugging in. Next day: Went to put dishes in the dishwasher, and it did not work. Washed dishes in the sink. Saturday evening wanted to make a cake for graduate and make some King Ranch Chicken. Tried to turn on oven and that did not work. We sent the property manager several messages, and they said someone would show up. No one showed up. I truly tried to make sure they were aware of all the issues we had. I emailed them to speak with the property owner and was told they had communicated and were waiting for a response. I communicate with them several times after that weekend, and nothing. It is now one month later and still nothing. Would not recommend this property. Spent over 1500$

Everything able this house was wonderful. Grandkids loved how close the beach was and the adults so enjoyed sitting in the beautiful decks at night enjoying the sea breeze and perfect weather. Only think they didn't have was a whisk to make gravy but how petty of me is that (just the grandma in me that likes making breakfast for everyone). In all seriousness tho and God willing, my family and I will be back again.

This had way more beds than we needed, but the decks and the den areas were perfect for our family gathering with adult children! Wonderful view of the sunrise from the deck with coffee each morning, and plenty of room for watching football and playing games. The kitchen is well stocked with basic dishes and silverware. If you're planning on cooking, suggest you bring your own knives and any specialty cookware you need (slow cooker, cast iron skillet, etc.). We would book it again.

Loved the home. Plenty of room and bathrooms. Clean. Great open kitchen and living room. The two decks made it great for everyone to hang out wherever they wanted. Would stay again.

Had a girls trip with some old friends and we all loved it! Super close to the beach and the deck was nice and relaxing to sit on to watch the sun go down. So peaceful!

Took a trip down to Galveston with some close friends and family and we all loved this place! Super quiet and the views from the deck could not be beat! The neighborhood beach walkover was nice as well! We hope to come back!

The location was great, beautiful view. Really close to the beach. The house was also nice and cool inside. This dishwasher needed to be reattached to the cabinet. I would have liked beach chairs and umbrellas and some games to play. All my other rentals had that . A hose on the bottom level was needed to hose off beach chairs. The grill needs to be replaced. It was a nice house and the beach seemed very private . No cars allowed. The kids loved it. We could watch them from the balcony.
