We had a great stay at this condo. Due to unfortunate weather the dock was destroyed but John made sure we still had a place to keep our boat. He was very friendly and tentative. Helped us get the boat unloaded and everything. The pool is a crossed the road but there is guest parking and easy to get over there for pool time. Had everything we needed plus some in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Due to severe flooding in our area, we were unable to make this trip. Host has rescheduled for May 28th - June 1.

We never got the chance to stay at John's Lake Hamilton Hideaway because a tornado tore the roof off the building 3 days before our arrival. That being said, John went out of his way to find us alternative accommodations. So I can't review the condo John owns but his effort to find us a place to stay on short notice deserves a five star rating. In the end, everything work out fine.

I’ve booked many condos at this complex over the years for our couple friends for long weekends of racing and this was our least favorite. It’s a lovely complex in a great location but this particular condo was just ok. I knew upfront there are 12 stairs down so that was not an issue but what I did not realize there are 2 buildings completely separate from the other 8 and inside a different gate. It was inconvenient for going back and forth to our other group’s unit. Most of the condos at this point have been updated, this one has not been. It was comfortable enough and the price was certainly reasonable. Our friends staying with us said they would stay there again so maybe I need to lower my standards, especially with the lower nightly fees.

We took a family vacation to Arkansas and this place was terrific. It was super convenient to everything in Hot Springs, but also secluded enough that we did not feel like we were in the city. The inside was just as described. The tennis court also had a pickleball net and a basketball goal. The beds, pillows, and couches were all comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

Beautiful house in great location. Perfect for 2 couples. Beds were very comfortable and house had everything you need. Owner was super helpful and would book this property again.

Our visit to Hot Springs was a week getaway to rest and recharge. The check in process was so easy and the condo quickly felt like home. The condo was just as pictured with beautiful views and tons of extras.Bed was so comfortable ! The location and recommendations were great! Would definitely stay again!

Place was very clean. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Communication with owner was great. Stairs getting in are a bear if that is something that would bother you. Other than that, great location to be home base to do and see things around central Arkansas!!

We loved the condo and all of the accommodations. It is a great location and the covered boat slip is a big plus for us. John was very attentive for all of our questions and was there to assist if needed. We will definitely return! Thanks!

Condo was clean and comfortable and worked great for 2 couples or a family. Convenient location with a nice view of the lake. Good Communication and John even went over to the Condo the following day to search for a sentimental item I had lost.
My only suggestion would be to add a couple of mixing bowls and a 9x13 baking dish.
We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was great! Clean, roomy and great view! The Pack and Play and high chair were very convenient with our grandson. Will stay here again in the future!!!

We enjoyed our four-day stay very much. The condo is spacious, well-furnished, and has a great view--all creating a very nice ambience. It is in a quiet area but a very easy drive to downtown Hot Springs, and several grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. John was a very good host, making sure everything went well and encouraging me to contact him if there were any problems. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. It was wonderful, especially the view of the lake. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The owner went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and made many dinner and activity recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
