A beautiful place with gorgeous views. Lived up to our expectations. Well maintained, large but comfortable and warm, great kitchen, and once again the views were just amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only suggestion would be an instruction manual for the cabin would have been helpful.

The house was the perfect place for us to gather. Large gathering spaces in dining and living rooms, and lots of bedrooms for privacy. The kids can’t stop talking about the room with the pool table and getting to bunk in there.
The few repairs/requests needed were responded to very promptly.
And of course the lake views and water access were the icing on the cake.

Gorgeous location - can't be beat! Plenty of space for a big family or group of friends to spread out in. Only drawbacks is no AC whatsoever in the home. It was unbearable in the 3rd floor bedroom and in the gameroom on a hot weekend in the summer. Also the property is a bit stingy with providing supplies (i.e. only a handful of trash bags, paper towerls, etc). They were very responsive when we asked for more - but for a large property that can accomodate 16 people, it was a bit stingy. Otherwise, the place has a lot of room to spread out for a big group. And the location on the lake is incredible.

We had the best time in this beautiful home on the lake. So much space to gather together, and areas to escape to rest or work. So peaceful in the outdoor areas with breathtaking views. Our host Claire, was so helpful and kind. We can’t wait to go back next summer!

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful house on the water. The view was exquisite. The huge kitchen was perfect for cooking all of our meals while the rest of the family played games on the giant dining table. The house was clean and included everything you would need for your stay. Looking forward to booking again next year.

I would have given you 5 stars if there wasn't an ant problem inside and someone would have told us that the power was going to be shut down for the neighborhood all morning.

We had trouble with the refrigerator did not cool. When I called they said I probably had to many groceries and it wasn’t cooling for that reason. Never once said they were going send someone to fix it when I called around 9am the following morning. Around 2pm had someone come out to see the refrigerator without any notice while we were barely going start our bbq he had no tool just looked at it and didn’t fix it. We had to use the freezer side and our ice chest so our groceries wouldn’t go to waste! After paying so much on our rental I really wished the refrigerator was working properly. Other than that problem we had a wonderful time.

My family all came up to celebrate my 70th birthday. The house was awesome and accomadeted all 15 of us. I would recommend this house for large families.

This Big Bear cabin was beautifully remodeled in a great location right on the lake. It was roomy enough for our 3 families but there were some details that were missed. The property management company was not accomodating when arriving to pick up keys. Check-in time was 4pm but we were told we would have to wait at least another hour due to the busy holiday season. Upon arrival, we noticed that there was a broken chair in the dining area, a broken blind in the upstairs bedrooms and some stained pillows that were left in the bedroom closet. It was also missing basics like trash bags in the kitchen trash cans and a lighter to start the fire in the fireplace. Management did arrive with trash bags that evening but said they do not provider a lighter in the cabin.
Each couple also had a difficult time sleeping due to the mattresses being very uncomfortable.

This house was so perfect. We were a group (family) of 14 adults. The house had a bedroom on the main level perfect for my parents (in their 80’s) and enough room and comfort for the rest of us. The view was spectacular. The location was good as well. This is a house that we will visit and stay at again.

Overall we had a great stay here, we were a large group of friends and family with 10 young kids. House open concept downstairs was great for everyone to interact, along with the big game room upstairs for everyone to spread out. There is only one bathroom for the other rooms to share besides the master so keep that in mind. The location was great, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The view on the lakefront is unbeatable! I wish they provided a little higher tier of basic supplies for the amount of money you’re paying (the toilet paper was 1-ply which no one liked), but we had a great time.

This house is amazing! We invited our family to join us for the weekend, a sort of mini-reunion with 12 people. 3 levels of balconies was awesome! The lake level is down, so we had to walk a little ways to get to the water, but it was fun. Everyone loved it, and fall in Big Bear is beautiful! If we can find a chance, we would stay here again!

We couldn’t have picked a better house for our stay. It was last minute and they were so respectful and patient with us. They helped us book everything and when we were running late they stayed longer for us. The 3 story house was so spacious yet cozy, everyone loved their rooms and the views were gorgeous from the balcony. Every morning we woke up to the beautiful lake and we were supplied with kayaks and paddle boards. After BBQ we ended every night relaxing in the jacuzzi. The kids room (game room) had multiple games (pool table, bulls eye, shuffle board, board games, etc). We had such a great time, we made sure to come here for our next trips.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and accommodated 13 of us very comfortably. The property description and pictures were 100% accurate and the house had all the amenities needed. The property manager replied immediately when messaged and was super helpful. Although the lake is low, we were able to walk right down to the water and kayak, paddle board and fish. I would highly recommend this house for a large family or a couple of families wanting to be near the water.

Beautiful Getaway! Incredible Lake Views!
This home was even nicer in person than seen in photos. Our family loved every room, every view! The game room upstairs was a real hit. We played pool, shuffleboard, games, watched TV on the big screens and more! We went boating, to the zoo, golfing, hiking, fishing, and had a wonderful time!
