Super clean great communication - amazing unbeatable location

Lovely modern apartment. Great location in the city centre, but still very quiet. Very friendly and accommodating. We were able to drop off our bags before check in. We were delayed on our last day and they allowed us to check out late. The recommendations for restaurants were great.

basic spices/ingredients (oil, salt, pepper) would be cool to have in a kitchen.

Good location, modern, spacious, easy access, next to a parking lot, pretty bathroom, washing machine and dishwasher available.

Considerably dirty floors, hair and body hair everywhere, seemed like it hasn’t been vacuumed in 2 weeks. Had a big blood stain on the blanket right in the middle. Hairdryer didn’t work. After contacting the staff she was friendly and apologetic, told us it was the fault of the cleaning company, and that they will look into it. Told us she would bring a new blanket at 9pm, came at 10.15pm with a new blanket and a bedsheet for it, started changing the bed and told us she noticed that the bedsheet is burnt and that she did not notice when she was packing it with her, so we ended up sleeping with a blanket without a bedsheet. The bed also had a bunch of hair on it, which is more understandable, but still a bit gross.

Great location, easy check in and good communication with the staff.

They provided a bottle of shower gel in the bathroom but it was basically empty and it just had some water in it.

We liked the location and close proximity to restaurants, bars, shops and historic sites. Also a nice walk down to the port. Room was clean and although the space was small it works for 2 people.

The communication for entering the property was a little confusing. We were told once we filled out the required paperwork (passport info) the code would be sent. Then we were told the code would be sent when the property was finished with the cleaning at 3pm - we had an email confirmation that the property would be available between 1 - 2p and we were asked to send this email to the person coordinating the keys. All worked out. Two of our 4 mornings the hot water in the shower just stopped mid shower, don't know what that was about!

It was nice experience. Location is absolutely fantastic, in the historic center. Restaurants, bars, tourist attractions around the corner. The apartment is clean and cozy, well equipped. We really liked air conditioning in all rooms. If you are going to Cartagena this is the perfect place to stay.

No wine glasses! The dishwasher was left with dirty water inside. AC remote controls did not work properly

Spotless clean. Easy access to apartment. In the centre of city for some nice bars and excellent tapas. Very comfortable bed

The apartment is new with good furniture and all necessary facilities to live there (whashing mashing, dishwasher, cattle, microwave, fridge), planty of kitchenware. The location is perfect. Nearby all sightseeings, but at the same time quite. Free parking is 10 minutes work

When you book the apartment you get the message to contact the girl to take the keys. We did and she said she will arrive 10-15 minutes. But in reality we waiting for in from if the door for 45 minutes. Better in this case to inform that you are late and this time we can at least go for a work for 45 minutes instead of being in from of the door waiting

amazing stay in a very central are. super clean and big. tip-top! parking is actually not so complicated even if is in a pedestrian area. just across the street is a public oarking kn the street which during August is charging only from 9-14 Mo-Fr and during the weekend is free
