Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this property for four nights and the inside of the property is as advertised - modern appliances, clean and tidy. Neighbours are nice and helpful too. One thing to be aware of, is that depending on what SatNav you may use, it might take you to the other side of NE 8th Street, on the other side of the rail tracks, which is a car breakers yard and does not fill you with glee if that is where you first arrive. However, the proper NE 8th St is lovely and quiet and no problems at all. The green furniture looks like it has taken a beating from the weather with both wooden sun loungers needing to be replaced, but once that's done and the garden gets a bit of loving care, it is a pleasant enough place to sit. Boynton Beach is okay if you plan on getting there by 0900 at weekends, as the car park quickly fills up. There are tons of other beaches though within a short drive in either direction.

We enjoyed our stay in Delray. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive. Property matched the listing. Home offered soaps, detergent, and shampoo which were helpful and convenient during our stay. The home was very comfortable.

I didn't like that u had to go thru the bathroom to get to the back porch, everything else was fine

This is a great location, close to lots of areas. The house was exactly as advertised, the host was incredibly nice and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Would highly recommend this home and will likely stay again.

Loved the location and setup of the house.very clean and organized and uptodate with all essentials. If your a fisherman ur in luck with a drive way to support a trailer and bounton boat ramp down the road to use with bait stores along the way.

The house was clean and adorable. It was nicely decorated and we used the beach chairs that were in the garage. The beds were comfortable. I was even able to check in early for a fee which was so helpful! The property manager emailed back right away when I had questions.

Space was just what we needed. You must tell renters about spri kler system. Over night they come on and water left white spots that took 2 car washes to get clean. Otherwise, a great stat.

We spent 3 enjoyable weeks at this very nice and clean house. Hosts were very responsive. Beds were very comfortable. Be aware the floor plan is unique with the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on one side of the kitchen/living/dining room; the other bathroom/laundry room are on other side of the house. In addition, entrance to the lovely screened in patio is through that bathroom/laundry room. Nice yard and hot tub. Recommended!

We decided to not stay at this listing because the neighborhood was not what we expected. It was very close to the main street which had some shady individuals in broad daylight. As a family we wanted a safe, quiet area where we could take walks in the evening and this was not the place to do that. In the end we did not want to risk our safety by “trying” it out and went with our gut feeling and booked another place last minute. Unfortunately the owner/rental company was not willing to cooperate and come to a mutual agreement how to handle the situation even though we immediately contacted them upon arrival. I also had to request the check-in info and instructions since I didn’t receive any until I called them the day before. This is the first time I did not like my Vrbo rental due to the area as well as the unwillingness of the owner to be fair and therefore a huge disappointment for me. I did not enter the property and therefore gave okay for cleanliness based on the front yard.

It is located in a very nice neighborhood and we had great communication from the host making sure everything was going well. It couldn't have gone any better and we will definitely return!

I arrived to A well lit, quiet area. The host left a greeting card on the table and bottle of Champagne in the fridge acknowledging my birthday. The house was clean, smelled good was very welcoming. The pictures are true to the rental. I was thankful for the full kitchen and Keurig where I made my breakfast and coffee to enjoy on the screened in patio each morning. The beach is a short drive away, there were beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the garage which was a life saver to enjoy the beach and ocean under the hot sun! The water pressure in the house was great and hot for those relaxing showers after the beach. This rental was a little piece of paradise and I look forward to renting it again in the future!
