What a gem this VRBO is!! The cabin was so clean with cute updates! Our 5 girls loved the loft area for hanging out and sleeping. The lake view is absolutely gorgeous…from the house, the fire pit, or right on the dock! Exploring the area was fun too and we wish we had another day or two to explore more and stay in this quaint yet spacious home on the lake!! I truly would love to go back!

My family and I spent a few days at this lovely home. Erin was wonderful to work with. Very responsive to any messages I sent. Check in was easy and the home had everything we needed during our stay. The lake view was beautiful and it's the perfect location to everything the area has to offer. There were many great hang out places including the firepit, the living room and the huge loft area that allowed the younger people to watch their own tv apart from the adults. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Our family of 6 had an amazing time on this Lake Wisconsin home.
For people into fishing -- we fished a ton and caught some decent bass , bluegill , perch and walleeye -- mostly right under the dock!
We also took a side trip to Devil's Head beach and it was incredible.
The house itself was clean, had everything we needed, and the kids loved the loft above.
We're already thinking about next year!

The property was very clean and cozy. Beautiful view of the lake. We had a nice relaxing time. It is a short drive to Devils lake state park, we enjoyed hiking there and the beach area. We also spent time in the dells which was only about a 25 min drive. Close enough to attractions but still far enough away from people for a quiet time away from home. The host was extremely responsive and kind.

Great place for us! It was me and my wife with our 13-y.o. twins and a friend of theirs. House was nicely laid out, with big lift with plenty of sleeping space for the kids and included a game table, so they were able to do their thing be still be within earshot.
House is right on the lake, perfect for sitting and having a beer with the stars above and the lake lapping at the shore. We went to the Dells water parks which were less than a half-hour away and hiking at magnificent Devils Lake, which was barely a twenty minute drive.
Highly recommended. Will try to rent again when we’re headed up that way!

Cabin by the law had so much to offer! My group went skiing two days at cascade and it was a quick drive. Ample places to sleep and perfect for a quiet getaway or a fun filled trip!

We wanted to be able to swim and this location has a nice dock and good swimming. Lots of sleeping space, we just had the 4 of us but with more people there would be room.

Our Seniors have been fundraising since 7th grade to go on their Senior Class Trip. We were able to do more fun things because we saved money on hotel and eating out costs. Loved the view over the lake, fire pit, and "gaming" loft that slept 6+.

Very easy to arrange the rental. Our hosts, Erin and Todd, were very pleasant and very responsive, and even provided a coffee grinder when requested. Erin especially was extremely courteous and friendly when we met her on her coffee-grinder-delivery.

We had an amazing time at this home! It was just as it was described and made us feel right at home. The attention to detail was amazing, it was very clean and stocked with anything we could need. It was very spacious and perfect distance to the ski hill. However we hope to be back over the summer to be right on the lake!

We recently stayed at this property for our 3 day ski trip. The house was very homey and inviting and only a 6 minute drive from Devil's Head. We loved the loft area upstairs for the kids as well! The kids had a blast playing upstairs while the adults made memories playing cards downstairs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to go skiing or just enjoys a beautiful view!

My immediate and extended family (3 adults and 6 kids) stayed at this lovely property. We came in over winter break to ski at Devils Head Resort (highly recommend). The home was a 5 minute drive to the slopes so it was a perfect location. Erin was great to work with from booking, to answering any questions, check - in and check -out. The home has an amazing view of Lake Wisconsin. It was very warm and welcoming. I loved the little details that the homeowners had stocked at our stay - extra toothbrushes, makeup remover, coffee creamer and pods, laundry detergent, etc. LOVED the loft area for the kids to sleep and play.
Overall, it was a great getaway and a perfect house! I would highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to go back to enjoy the lake in the summer!

This home was perfect. It had great views, its own dock on Lake Wisconsin and is very near the ferry crossing. You can easily walk to nearby food at the Ferry Xing Bar and Grill and Candy's Merrimac Cafe. Easy driving distance to Devil's Lake and multiple other parks.

This property is fantastic! My husband and I along with four kids (our 2 and they brought friends - ages 10 & 16) stayed here. It was comfortable, clean, has great indoor and outdoor areas and is in a good location. We spent time at the house, WI Dells and Devils Lake. The view is gorgeous.

The hosts went above and beyond to make sure the site had absolutely everything we would need. The view of the lake in the morning was so peaceful and the fire pit gave us a bit of a camping trip. The highlight of the trip was my 8 year old grandson caught his first fish off the dock. Worth a million dollars! Thank you to our hosts who made our short trip perfect!!!

Nice Lakefront Cabin
Plenty of room for multiple families to stay together here!! Spacious family room/dining area and good-sized kitchen. Would have preferred to have a regular toaster as opposed to the toaster oven in the kitchen, just to save some time in the mornings. The large loft area is perfect for kids - our two daughters absolutely loved playing and sleeping in this space! The only downside to the loft area was the lack of curtains to keep the morning sun out. The 2.5 bathrooms are nicely decorated and updated; however, the 2 showers are on the smaller side. Very pretty views of the Lake Wisconsin. Property is located just 5 minutes from local boat rental company, which was very convenient. Above all, communication with the host both before and during our trip was fantastic!! Our family really enjoyed staying here!

Great weekend getaway!
Our weekend stay at this Merrimac lake home was exactly what we had hoped for. We spent most of the mornings/afternoons out and about (Dells, Devils Lake, Merrimac area), but it was just as nice to get back to this home base for relaxing and to enjoy the amazing view and options right there in the backyard.
The owners were incredibly responsive from start to finish. They were very nice and answered any questions that came up. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look here again if visiting the area in the future.

Perfect stay!
This property was perfect for our groups trip to the dells. The accomodations exceeded all expectations. The property was clean, spacious, had plenty of sleeping space and living space, and the view was even more beautiful than the pictures. The owner was so friendly and accommodating, they even provided extra air beds for our large group. If we make another trip some time this will definitely stay again!
