Nice little hotel style room with a comfortable bed. We didn’t have time to enjoy much of the amenities like the pool. But just a short walk was the very large beach to the sea. Great view. Can get you lost it’s so big. We were very busy so didn’t relax much at this place but it was fairly close where we needed to be. The very big downside to this place is NO PARKING NEAR THE RENTAL. 3-5 blocks away is where you need to park which is not convenient if you’re not fit enough to trudge that far with your luggage in the heat of Miami. Even though they send detailed pics of the codes and getting the key process it was very time consuming and inconvenient. Anyway it was an adventure and a place to hang your hat for a bit.

This was one of the best vacations my husband and I had in a long time. I had many ideas of tours, museums, and shopping, but once we saw this unit and proximity to the beach, we didn't get to any of it. Because the beach and this unit were so great.
Communication was exceptional. Photos were provided so that we knew exactly what we were looking for when checking in and parking. The unit had everything we needed. Fridge and freezer for food, snacks, and ice for our cooler.
The umbrella and chairs were above and beyond what we expected. All we did was show up (after 9am) at Esteban's and beach set up was ready for the day.
The neighborhood was walkable. It was easy to get to the popular areas of Ocean Drive, but was quiet and calmer.
Fantastic location and amazing host. Hope we can make a trip back soon.

I am glad my husband and I booked this place to stay. It was in a great location, close walk to all the hot spots in south beach. Beach was beautiful! Host was very attentive and gave easy to follow instructions. I would stay again.

This is a compact unit but has everything you need. The added benefits of parking and beach chairs save a lot of money and make this unit a great bargain. The property managers were very responsive to all our questions and truly wanted us to have an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was more than I expected! I just needed to stay one night and I wanted to stay longer just because this place had such good amenities. I had to have a lot of contact with the host to coordinate with my flights and such and they were extremely kind and helpful. I truly could not speak enough about how nice the whole situation ended up being! Thank you so much again!

Property was as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. Communication was great! If I had a question. I got a response immediately. Close to restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful and very clean, the host was a very thoughtful and very attentive about every question and everything else. We were in love with Miami beach. Perfect location, close to everything, there is no other perfect stay.

We had a comfortable stay right on Ocean Drive south of 5th. It such a great location. Anita was super responsive to questions or suggestions of places, etc. the studio was clean and everything we needed was there. Thank you!
