Great space and great location. Owner communication was quick and we would come back again.

This was our second stay at the property for our annual fishing trip. Comfortable beds for all the adults in our group, common space on the 3rd floor has the best views of the waterway on one side and the ocean on the other. rooftop was an amazing way to start the day with a coffee and sunrise. The property was well stocked with plenty of utensils, pots, pans and dishes. The owner even provided the first case of water and a bag of ice for our cooler. We will continue to come back.

We had a great time during our family beach week at this lovely home. Matt and Kristin were great hosts and were very responsive. The house itself is well-equipped with everything you could need and it's a great space for groups of people to play games and chat. There was plenty of sleeping space and the beds were comfortable with quality bed linens. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach across the street. The roof top deck was our favorite feature of the house!

5 stars across the board. I have never stayed at Carolina Beach before and it offered a lot from an amazing beach (access across the street), to a little town within walking distance that has a world famous donut shop, a few stores to shop in and a little carnival with rides that my 8 year old loved. The property had views for days, was very clean, had every kitchen pot, pan, baking dish and utensil you could ever need. There are a lot of stairs, but they didn't bother us. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (1 queen, 1 double w/ trundle, 2 twins), 3rd floor two king master suits and 4th floor main living area (kitchen, living room and dinning room). We had 5 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room and 2 decks on every floor, one facing ocean and one facing the inlet. There is an elevator to use to bring all your items to each floor. I am planning to book this property again and we can't wait to go back. The owner was very responsive and available during our stay. Loved it!

This was an amazing home to stay at, right near the beach! The owners (Kristin & Matt) are incredibly responsive and helpful with anything you need!

I could go on and on about this property. First, it's new so things are very nice and clean. The quality of the furnishings, kitchen items , towels and linens were wonderful! And the beach supplies...excellent! Tons of nice chairs, games, a beach cart to pull all your supplies in, etc. The elevator was a huge hit! Considering it's a 4 story property, it was great to have the elevator. We were able to put our suitcases in and go to each floor without having to drag them up the stairs. And when we had a carload of groceries, we put them all in the elevator and sent it up! How easy! Balconies on all four bedrooms were used all the time. The common room on the 2nd floor was great as it provided sleeping for two additional people. And the rooftop was the best! The perfect place to watch sunrises and sunsets. The girls loved to tan on the chaise loungers and the outdoor table and couches were great places to relax. We even played corn hole up there in the evenings. Oh, and on Thursday evenings they have fireworks at the boardwalk. The rooftop was the PERFECT place to watch them! The homeowners, Matt & Kristen, were amazing as well. So responsive and accommodating! Would highly recommend this home, especially if you need 2 masters. Both have King bed and their own en suite bathrooms. SO NICE!

The beach house was superb.
The location was great.
The house was like home from home. Everything we needed. And it all worked.
Elevator and the backgarder an extra plus.
Our hosts Kristen and Matt chicken on us to see if we needed anything which was very thoughtful.
I cannot fault the house in any way.

The house was spectacular with the best views in town from the rooftop. It was super clean and offered EVERYTHING we needed from just chilling at the house, cooking, and stuff for the beach. Oh, and the beach is just across the street! Matter-of-fact, it’s location is perfect. Minutes from everything you need. If you aren’t certain yet, the owners Matt and Kristin are simply the best! I’ve stayed at a lot of places and most say that I have yet to be more impressed. Great personalities and super fast responses. Don’t miss out on the gem in Carolina Beach!

The house was spectacular with the best views in town from the rooftop. It was super clean and offered EVERYTHING we needed from just chilling at the house, cooking, and stuff for the beach. Oh, and the beach is just across the street! Matter-of-fact, it’s location is perfect. Minutes from everything you need. If you aren’t certain yet, the owners Matt and Kristin are simply the best! I’ve stayed at a lot of places and most say that I have yet to be more impressed. Great personalities and super fast responses. Don’t miss out on the gem in Carolina Beach!
