Great location and views. Close to a good cafe and the beach. Rooftop area was perfect to check the surf out. Nice pool. Good wifi. Clean interior and ok bed. Owner kindly refunded our money when we requested as we didn’t want to stay.

Needs serious maintenance. Filthy worn couch that couldn’t be used. Broken furniture, safe, taps, shower curtain and lamps. Rooftop area needs a good clean.

Superb location. Great base for surfing, great for family groups. Very kind and accommodating hosts and the loveliest Housekeeper. Villa is basic but spacious, homely, and has everything you need. Roof terrace and swimming pool both super nice as well.

Property needs a little maintenance, for example most of the lampshades are loose and need fixing.

Great location and good view from the terrace. Restaurant near-by. Good size. Streaming was a bonus.

The apartment is in need of updates where things are broken. This includes the AC in the master bedroom (not working property) numerous broken chairs and furniture. Some external cladding also fell off in a storm while we were there. The owner needs to spend some money updating & upgrading. Master bed was also un-comfortable.

The hosts are friendly, efficient and easily contactable. They arranged transport for us which was well priced. The location of the villa within Balian is excellent - great coffee 20 seconds walk away, 1 minute to the beach. The roof top terrace is fantastic and has great views of the surf. It's a good place to do yoga. The villa is bigger than it looks in the photos and the rooms and main bathroom are both on the second floor next to each other which was great as we had the kids with us. The pool is lovely and was well used by us. There is wifi, a surfboard rack, outdoor shower, skateboard and ramp and yoga mats.

The pool lounge beds were broken - it would have been nice to use them. We struggled to get air con to work downstairs, not that we needed it much.
