Great house in a quiet, well-located home on the lake. Big kitchen with spacious bedrooms and layout for the 4 of us. We had an extra room. Easy to drive to and plenty of parking. We loved the outside screened-in room.

We were happy to find a location that was clean inside and in a good neighborhood. Some things that didn’t work well for our two week stay were the unsafe dock for our boating and swimming. The maintenance to the screened in porch shown in the pictures of the property is needed, the screen has completely detached from the structure and blows open allowing mosquitos to enter when sitting outside.

We loved the house and how it was laid out. It worked perfectly for us. The outside areas were also great, including the fenced in yard for the dogs. The only issue is the dock needs to be repaired. It is dangerous.

Nice house but an odd layout. Not designed for large groups. There were 6 of us in our group and the only room that we could set together comfortably was in the basement.

This house was just wonderful! It was spacious and clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. There were so many places to sit in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee and view the LAke. Our only complaint is that we were in town for a wedding and didn’t get to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked! Such a great experience!

Every family got a room to stay in. We had fires outside to roast hot dogs and make s’mores. The kids fished everyday off dock. We will keep in mind when we all vacation together.

The house is in a terrific location. The cove is quiet and wonderful. The marina is a very short boat ride. The outdoor seating was great and we enjoyed it every morning and evening. Great location to find a spot and watch fireworks. We spent the majority of our time outside and on the water. I highly recommend Pomodoro’s Italian restaurant, delicious. Renata was great to communicate with, provided all the details to the house, where to launch our boat and local recommendations.

We had an awesome stay! The house was very clean and supplied all we needed for an extended Memorial Day weekend. There was plenty of room to gather as a group or spend quiet time relaxing and reading in the many nice sitting areas. The house is in a private area but very close to shopping and restaurants. The neighbors were very friendly. There was so much to do on the lake! We boated, kayaked, fished, and swam during the day and spent time around the fire pit in the evenings. We didn’t want our stay to end! I highly recommend this wonderful home!

Had a blast!!! Wife and I went up there with our two pups to fish a bass tournament. The house was great...clean, all the amenities, and a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Outside the dock was also great. I felt confident tying my boat up to it a leaving in the water all week. Wed go out fish, come back eat lunch and then fish some more...it was awesome. Mwe will return!!!!

The property was nice, we chose this property because they accept pets. Overall clean. They had towels for showering and toilet paper which was nice. The kitchen did not have a washcloth, sponge or dish soap. I was also unaware we would have to unload the dishwasher upon arrival. The mattresses are not comfortable. The bathroom set up is not great (two toilets in basement with one bedroom, one toilet upstairs with three bedrooms). Basement shower has nice pressure, upstairs showers has extremely low pressure.The kitchen was very unorganized. No large serving dishes. We had 6 people in our party and seating areas and tables are set up for parties of four. I would stay again as it is a good price however I would need to bring extra supplies.

Our large family was able to stay comfortably with Lake Norman at our back door. The accessibility to the lake, being able to bring our dog AND have multiple places to enjoy the outdoors on the property was an absolute gift! Would stay here again ans for longer!

This cute property was great for our family Christmas. As some of the reviews before have mentioned, the table and kitchen island area does not work for a large group. We used the folding table and chairs in the basement to accommodate our whole family. Otherwise, the house worked great for us and was enough space for our family of 8.
