Stayed here for an anniversary trip. The home was super easy to get to and to check in! Home was super clean with everything you need to start out with! Hot tub, which is where we mainly stayed, was wonderful and relaxing! Can’t recommend this property enough. If I had to think of a con, it would be that the homes were very close to each other. We didn’t mind this though because it was exceptionally quiet. Will stay here again!!

This was the perfect cottage. Description is exact. Communication with rental company was always fast responses. Very clean & spacious. The decor was modern, rustic & nice. Beds & furniture was comfy. Convenient to town. Could walk if you wanted, we chose not to. But also far enough away that you don't get road noise or noise from excitement of town. We will definitely see if available on future trips!!

From the moment we walked in the home invited us in for a great vacation week. My wife who recently had knee replacement surgery found this home easy to navigate. Furniture was comfy and supported her in her relaxation and recovery. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and was clean and open. The location was 2ish blocks off the strip in Downtown and comes out right at Annakeesta and Ole Red so relatively on the eastern side of town.
RedDoor was very helpful and communicative so everything on that end flowed easily into having a great week away from home. We will most definitely make another trip to this little cluster of homes again.

Very clean, loved the art & decor! 3 minute walk to get breakfast. Enjoyed saving money on parking and opted to walk a few times instead. Comfortable beds and very quiet surroundings. Also had fun making s’mores and relaxing in the hot tub.

My husband and I traveled to Gatlinburg with another couple (our best friends) to celebrate our 8 year wedding anniversary. The cottage was comfortable, clean and really cute. There was space for our two vehicles for parking and we weren’t far from the strip of downtown Gatlinburg, although we wouldn’t recommend walking (it’s far and the only downside). We loved it and will keep it mind for future travels!

Downtown Dolly had all the amenities we could have wanted for our stay. Communication with our host was top notch, and the listing was very clear & complete.
This was a motorcycle trip and we trailered two touring bikes, so parking took some creativity with a F150, 12' trailer, and two full-sized motorcycles. The location is a right turn at the stop sign off a side road which was unclear via GPS app upon our after dark arrival. The 'driveway' is shared with three other properties with a total of 10 parking spots; simply be aware of this challenge if you are coming with additional baggage.
All in all, we would stay at Downtown Dolly again, but will not be returning to Gatlinburg, TN. I was here about 10 years ago and it has changed drastically in that time, and not necessarily for the better.
There is a new Italian restaurant in the same location where "Taste of Italy" once was (in the same parking lot as Food Lion off East Parkway) that we highly recommend. Also, don't miss Crockett's 1875 Breakfast Camp, just be sure to join the waitlist on their website when you're planning your visit - it'll save you a lot of time in line.

Nicely decorated and clean. Lots of private outdoor space to enjoy. We liked that it was away from all the congestion in Gatlinburg and closer to nature. Would definitely stay there again!

The house was exactly like it said online. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We loved the porches and the back patio with the hot tub. My only suggestion is to please put in your description that the trolley stop is the next street over and that the walk to downtown Gatlinburg is down, then back up, hill. A little far for older people. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again.

The house was cozy, and a comfortable for 5. The hot tub and outdoor area is a nice place to relax after a lot of downtown walking. There amenities of home are fabulous. We did drive to downtown, because Nana didn’t want to walk, but it is doable. However, the downtown parking lot is convenient, and made it nice since it was rainy. Overall, it is a great place to stay while in Gatlinburg.

Nice property, a bit removed from the hustle of the main town attractions but that's exactly what we needed. Very convenient to Arrowmont via the back entrance. Houses are pretty close together which is fine when the other guests are also wanting a somewhat quiet place, not so much though when they're looking for a place where they can yell at their kids. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are nice, and the downstairs kitchen/dining/living area works well. Hot tub seemed to be clean and well kept, but beware the poison ivy growing among the Virginia Creeper on the hillside directly behind it! (We recognized it before anyone got into it). Bedrooms are not very dark at night because of surrounding lights and there is some road noise, but for a few nights it was more than fine.

Enjoyed a week with my family and this property was great! Walking distance to downtown and easy to get back and forth from Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed the cleanliness and quality of the unit and the hot tub, grill, fire pit were all a hit!

There are so many great things with this house. It was so clean, which is huge for us. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of room. I love the fact they had long mirrors in the walk in closets in each bedroom which seems small but women will get how having that makes a difference. We enjoyed the firepit, hot tub, and the entire outside area. They had everything you need for whatever you have planned and very close to town. The location is perfect!! Did I mention it was very clean? So clean!! Oh, and the communication with the property management was instantaneous with every message sent. The only note I have for the property managers, is to include "hit the lock button in the middle of the keypad once you enter the code" to get into the house. They let us know right away when we couldn't get in but we had to let the neighbors know that too. Just some food for thought. We all appreciated our great experience and will definitely recommend this property to others as well as be back ourselves.

Adorable house! Close enough to town, but in a quiet cluster of homes at the outskirts. The house was very nice and had comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the hot tub several nights. Trolley stops were close by. We did walk into town one day. Not a bad walk into town, but a good portion is uphill on your way back. Our only suggestion would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms vs. the waffle blind that was on the doors leading to the balcony. There was a lamppost lit all night, which illuminated the bedrooms. All in all, great stay!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at the downtown dolly! The location was perfect. The house is very clean. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all items. The beds are very comfortable, king size beds. My favorite it the joined balcony and the Hot tub! Highly recommended. We had teenagers on this trip and they enjoyed the WiFi and TVs. We seen a bear walk right next to the Jacuzzi outside. Book this cottage you won't regret it!

This place was located within a short walk to downtown. The house was nice and was easy to cook in and spread out.
The rental company was very nice and responded promptly if I needed to contact them.
The pictures are misleading as it pertains to privacy. There are houses on top of a hill that face towards the backyard and the house at the end of the street faces the back yard. If you use the hot tub people can see you. We got a tension rod and a shower curtain to make it more private.
The houses are really close together as well. I was surprised to see that.
I choose this place for the fireplace and the hot tub. I was unable to use them majority of the time. The hot tub turned cloudy after 2 uses and we were unable to determine if the chemicals were at a safe level so we stopped using it. The fireplace pilot light wouldn't stay lit. Maintenance relit it once for us but it went out quickly after they left. It was perfect to relax in hot tub and turn on the fireplace after a morning of hiking and I was very disappointed that it wasn't working.

The house was in a good location to downtown, clean, and has a nice hot tub. One thing to be mindful of when booking this house is that you will have to buy all of your own paper towels and toilet paper. If you plan on cooking you will need to buy sponges to clean dishes and also dishwasher pods if you want to use the dishwasher. You will also need to purchase trash bags as we were only left two for 7 days. You will also need to buy laundry detergent if you plan to use their towels. We had very few towels per bathroom and no extra for the hot tub and ran out of clean towels frequently. One of the upstairs tubs had an issue draining and we stood in water when we showered. Overall we had a good experience but you pretty much have to bring everything from home.

Downtown Dolly was furnished with everything we needed, including a hot tub, fire pit and grill! The two king suites were the ideal set up for couples. It was in walking distance to everything and the communication prior to check in and during our stay was a bonus! Can’t wait to return!

The place was well priced, perfectly clean, and in a great location close enough to walk to all the Gatlinburg attractions. It was well stocked with everything we needed indoors and out, including a beautiful hot tub, huge jacuzzi tub, and a nice outdoor area with a fire pit. We'll definitely be back!

The managing company was very professional and were very helpful and nice! The location was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the convenience of the place and the amenities within the rental. It was clean and any questions we had were promptly and quickly answered.
