We enjoyed a week at the "Cozy Cottage" and it could not have been better. The old adage "make yourself at home" definitely applies here - the home is warm, inviting and charming by any measure. Every possible need and amenity is accounted for. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, on a gorgeous and well-maintained double lot - plenty of outdoor space. And an abundance of singing birds and playful squirrels provided endless entertainment. As did the regular evening visits from a family of deer (to the detriment of Julia's hostas, unfortunately). Great location, close to Maple Beach and Lily Point (we walked to both). And of course, easy access to the rest of what Point Roberts has to offer as well. This is easily our new favorite place to stay whenever we visit the Point!

We loved staying at the Cozy Cottage. Julia was an exceptional host....easy to connect with and very helpful. The Cottage was very clean and supplied with anything we needed. My friends and I had a wonderful time at this house! The house is very comfortable and quiet. You'll find everything you need for your stay, including coffee machines, condiments, a full kitchen, a bbq, and a lovely propane fire that you can enjoy outside on the patio in the evening. The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable with new linens, pillows etc. If you are looking for a place to go with your family or friends, this is a great option! We will definitely return! Thank you, Julia for being such a great and generous host!

In short, a super clean, very cool property on a quiet road in PT. Roberts. Great hospitality and well appointed. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Great place to reenergize and refresh.
