Die Lage ist wunderschön und das Personal extrem hilfsbereit.

Unser Bett, vor allem die Kopfkissen waren beim Check-in mit kleinen Insekten und weiteren Dreck versehen. Die Toilette wirkt Second-Hand und extrem schmuddelig. Generell wirkt alles in die Jahre gekommen, der Vorhang, das Moskitonetz, die Möbel. Die Fensterscheiben waren zudem verschmiert. Und insgesamt wirk der Bungalow beengend - anders als in Socialmedia und Booking.com dargestellt. Unser Frühstück bestand aus zu trockenen Pancakes und heissem Birchermüsli, zudem wurde das Frühstück-Menü von dem normalen Menü separiert und durch eine billigvariante ersetzt. Es gab keinen richtigen Kaffee. Die bestellten Pasta Putanesca waren so scharf, dass sie nicht essbar waren - dies wurde nicht gekennzeichnet. Währrend unserem Frühstück und Mittagsessen wurde laut an neuen Baukörpern gewerkelt. Man konnte die Schöne Aussicht kaum geniessen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt leider gar nicht, wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade.

Fantastic bungalow in paradise. Good food. Idea to protect turtles by buying eggs, breeding and release

Release procedure for turtles was hold back by 1 day in one case and 2 days without food in a box with strong current; to have maximum visitors . Quite a few turtles died before release and the remaining turtles have been so exhausted, that they rested after every second step on their way to the ocean. I saw turtle release in Malaysia and they rushed to the sea. This place would be perfect, if nature protection would be higher rated than visitisor entertainment.

Surrounding feels like in paradise, the huts are exceptional with outside bathroom and ocean view. The staff were super nice and helpful, the food is quite expensive but you pay for the view and it did taste just awesome and original! A lot of vegetables are also selfgrown and treated with love. We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back soon! PS : best coffee in Sumbawa

We originally booked 5 nights at Kirana and extended for an extra 2 because we loved it so much. Set in an amazing private bay with beautiful surroundings, it was such a tranquil place to stay. Lots of surf breaks close by and easy to get to by scooter which we hired from Kirana. We cannot speak more highly about the staff and the effort they went to to ensure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back! The food was so delicious and a really extensive menu catering to all dietary needs with lots of healthy and fresh options. We were really impressed by the greenhouse that was recently built to grow their own produce! Great coffee, juices and cocktails on offer too!
