House was perfect for a large group of people. Comfortable, clean, and nice backyard setup with the pool for everyone to hangout.

There were little details that could be improved, but overall we had a great time. They communicated every detail and we had a smooth entry and departure. If i ever come back to myrtle beach this will be my number 1 option to stay in.

This place was perfect for our group of 12 guys I wish there was a gas grill and towels, but other than that, it was perfect

Location was great. 1 block away from beach and a few bar/restaurants. The house was clean and inviting. My only complaint is on the linen service. I've never stayed anywhere where it was an extra cost. Aside from that, the linen was simply dropped off inside without any service. We had to open the linen and make our own beds. Considering how much we pay for it I would expect our bed to be made.

The property is run by a beach rental company. Overall the property is as it is listed. The poor cleanliness is not due to the owners, but the property management company. It could use a good overall deep clean but the food in bedrooms, under tables and hair and dirt around toilets and kitchen, along with dirty glass doors should be part of every cleaning.
The house has a well equipped kitchen which is great for cooking. Liked that everyone has a bathroom. Very open and well lit. Pool is larger than most we saw at other properties. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure. Master suite is lovely with large closet and en suite bathroom. Very close to beach( 2 minute walk to beach) and restaurants. Plenty of parking under house so cars stay shaded. Pool area is nice with 2 small drink fridges and an ice maker ( but that wasn't working correctly when we arrived) and bathroom located just behind bar area.Would definitely stay again. I think with a good cleaning (living room furniture included) and a little tlc from the owners this property is well worth it for location and what it offers. They have tried to think of all you may need.

Absolute great location & beautiful house and pool area. The only issue is that the only grill is a small charcoal grill, that wasn't sufficient, so we purchased a portable gas grill.

Overall it was fine. When we arrived, there was no water for several hours. One of the showers did not work and several sinks were dirty.

Amazing property and area, close to the airport, beach and all the fun things Surfside and Myrtle Beach have to offer would definitely go back.

My husband, sons, and grandchildren ranging in age from 21 to 6 months spent a beautiful week here. There were 15 of us and we still had plenty of room to spread out as well as to gather together.
The pictures capture the home and property accurately and the home was spotless.
The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly and the beach is just a short walk away.
We had a few minor issues that were resolved efficiently and courteously by Surfside realty.
Definitely a memorable vacation!
