This house was awesome! Very clean and great location for the bike rally. I plan to stay here on every bike rally in the smokies.

As soon as we walked in, the first words out of my mouth were “This feels like a home.” The hot tub was running when we got there and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Blankets, extra pillows, plenty of towels. Our group of nine had a blast and never left the cabin (except for when someone decided to run to the store) until the evening of our 4th day when we went out to dinner for my birthday. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the fire pit due to rain. Clay is very communicative and fast to respond. We are definitely putting this on our list of return vacations!!

Everything about the house was perfect! It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the ping pong table, gas fireplace, and the hot tub. The host was very attentive and checked in after our arrival, during our stay and afterwards to see if we needed anything or if there was anything that they could improve. It was within easy driving distance to Cataloochee and Waynesville where there are lots of great restaurants (highly recommend Boojum). We would happily stay here again when we come back next year!

My family and I wanted to get away from the everyday lifestyle we have in Central Florida. We visited Maggie Valley a couple of years ago for a day trip while on vacation and fell in love with the town. We decided that our next vacation to the mountains it would be Maggie Valley. I found the TreeTop Tranquility home on VRBO and it was the best decision ever! It is secluded and we enjoyed the home very much! We have a Bernese Mountain Dog who absolutely fell in love with this property too! Everyone loved that they had their own room! We enjoyed the amenities, fire pit, hot tub, balcony and porch on both sides of the house. We were very close to the town, ski resort, tubing, and shopping! The home owner checked in with us, which was very thoughtful. We definitely will stay here again! Hands down to Clay and family for having us vacation in their home!

I took my family and friends snowboarding. Hot tup was great, owner was VERY helpful and friendly. Overall we had a great experience and would do it again!!

The house was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Clay was very communicative throughout the entire process and couldn’t have been better to rent from. Beds were comfortable and the recliner in the living room was the absolute best. Was nice to have the fireplace running and be in comfortable seats. Ping pong table was a nice addition along with the hot tub. Amenities were great. Couldn’t have a fire due to the severe draught but the fire pit looked cozy. Electric heater in the bathroom was great as well. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

We had a great stay in Maggie Valley! The house was great and had everything we needed! The hot tub was perfect for the cool nights and early mornings to sit and enjoy the views! Close to shops, hiking and Elk watching! If available we will stay again.

Our stay was perfect and very accommodating. Only the second time Iv stayed in Maggie vally but will definitely stay here again when we as a family do come back.

This is a fantastic property in a great secluded setting. During the day, the cabin is in a secluded location. Plenty of area to have nice walks and play with the dog. We had planned to have a family gathering, but that didn't work because of changes in work schedules. The wife and I had the cabin to ourselves. The quiet and location of the cabin was great. The cabin has everything you would ever want to enjoy you time in the mountains. We enjoyed siting in the hot tub on the back deck looking at all the great color in the changing leaves. In the evenings, the smart tv provided all the entertainment we could expect with access to Netflix and Peacock. Even watched a couple of the important college football games on Roku TV logging into our cable accounts. We would not hesitate in trying to book this property again. Can't say enough about the responsiveness of the owner. Provided lists of restaurants in the area and it was most helpful. We had a problem getting the dishwasher to work and owner responded to or text for help in less than 5 minutes. The problem was that is a switch to provide power to the dishwasher and it was turned off. The dishwash, as well as all other appliance worked great!

We had a great time! The weather could have been cooler for us (fall time) but was still awesome. The leaf color was as pretty this year as it was last year at the same time but God controls that. The shopping in waynesville was too good (haha) blew my budget! We will definitely rent this cabin again!

Every year my friends and I go to the mountains to ride motorcycles. While its ideal for riding motorcycles, finding a place friendly to our set up is a little challenging. This place checked all the boxes. Four couples comfortably stayed in this home. We had fantastic parking for 3 trucks and trailers as well as the 4 motorcycles. The property owner was very helpful and communication was spot on. You cannot go wrong staying at this property. We will go back again.

This home away from home is just that! It’s comfortable, relaxing and perfect for a short or long getaway. This was just what we wanted and all 7 of us (including our 3 & 5 year old) enjoyed it!!

Our family stayed at the property while attending a family reunion in the area. Property was a great size to accommodate us. Really enjoyed spending the evenings sitting by the fire pit. Loved how secluded the property was.

Home was very clean with great beds. Nothing bad at all to say about the house or owner. Home had everything we needed. Location was great and close to town. It was not easy getting a 16ft trailer around the turns though. Even though my very experienced motorcycle riding group did not have an issue getting up the paved drive to the cabin, there is a very steep, maybe 45 degree incline that would cause problems for lesser riders. 5/5 otherwise.

Hands down one of the best experience's I have had with a rental. We were out of town for my son's wedding. The communication with the owner before, during and after was phenomenal. He was very accommodating with all my requests. The rental was perfect for all of my guests. Great location, clean home. We will definitely be using this rental again in the future!!

Let me say this... if you are looking for a great place in Maggie Valley, NC area - this is your place! The home was perfect for our family. Everything was super clean, the location was great, the house was truly perfect. Clay (the owner) was super easy to get in touch with and very communicative on everything before, during, and after our stay. This home is perfect also for individuals with mobility issues, as it has literally only 1 step via the back porch to access the house, and the master suite, kitchen and living room are all on that main floor. You literally can't ask for a better place for someone with mobility issues. We absolutely will be staying at this house again when we visit. There is so many fun things to do within an hour of this location, making it truly the perfect mountain destination. I would not hesitate for one second booking this home again.

Couldn't have been better

The cabin is beautiful. The pictures on VRBO are spot on but seeing the actual inside of the cabin gives you that Ahhh moment. We were amazed at The Beauty. The cabin was clean and felt like home away from home. The area is secluded so privacy wasn't an issue. Each room downstairs had its own door to the outside balcony. The downstairs basement has washer/dryer connect with ping pong table for playtime; I will state the basement is unfinished/needs ungrading. The hot tub is located downstairs. We didn't utilize the hot tube for two reasons. 1) It had a lot of sand inside it. 2) even though the property is secluded the Hot Tube deck walkway is open to the yard with no gate. A safety gate would be nice. We were concerned animals could wander onto the deck. Overall we give this property 5" we will return for another stay.

This property has the best view that I’ve seen in Maggie Valley.

Communication with owner was above and beyond. Nothing but positive things to say about the cabin. Ping pong table was a huge bonus.

The cabin was in the secluded woods at the end of the road, on top of the mountain. We loved the fire pit outside. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The area was very private with a great view! The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have the indoor fireplace as it was warm and cozy. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Beautiful home with a nice wooded hillside view. Owner was very accommodating. Hot tub was unfortunately not functioning properly however the comfort of the home more than made up for it!

We had a great experience staying at the house for our family’s ski trip. The host was very responsive, the house was well stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table and dart board!

We booked this Vrbo for a quick one night trip to the mountains to go tubing for a friend’s birthday. The whole process was super easy, we didn’t have a single issue with the house, and Clayton was VERY accommodating. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Cabin was perfect! Truly enjoyed every minute of it. Will be back next year for sure!

Close to golf course so walked the course numerous times during our stay Save some energy to walk back up the hill 😀
