What a great location for us to spend a few days! All of us enjoyed being on the water and admired the sunsets. We were in Maine for the annual New England Parkinson's Ride and needed a landing spot for us and our three boys (2 girlfriends and a dog too). The only downfall was there is only three bedrooms, so the single one got the futon with his dog for two of the nights. There was plenty of parking and easy access into the house. A row boat or a few kayaks/paddle boards would have been nice too. We were already trucking bikes up from Florida and had no room for our kayaks. We would certainly stay here again though.

Property manager was quick to respond when texting about the lack of cleanliness and broken faucet. Unfortunately, the house was just not very clean. Lots of stuff left over in cupboards, crumbs in the futons, dusty ceiling fans, smudged windows, stuff like that. The house itself was perfect for 5 people and the water views were absolutely stunning.

We had a great time at the property. Kids swam (despite the water weeds), nice fire pit, great views, and only 30 minutes to the beach for a beach day. There were plenty of towels and there were linens on the beds. Beautiful view and sunsets. Air conditioning was an added bonus!

Had a great stay. The house was clean and rooms accurate as listed. Three bedrooms with Twin beds and pullout couch in living room. We brought kayaks and enjoyed cruising the entire lake, and many rivers. The deck was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the beautiful sunset. One issue we had was trash removal. There were five barrels outside that were all full when we arrived. I messaged VRBO, early in the week, and VACASA on Friday. We departed Saturday with trash overfilled. The lake was great for kayaking and swimming. One thing to know is the lake bottom is squishy. When swimming off the dock, if you stand up the ground is muddy. We would kayak and raft out a little further so we could swim without touching the ground. The house is lovely.

The property is right on the water which is great but the water is very weedy if you want to swim and not as clean as other lakes we have stayed at. Great Lake for kayaking and boating. One of the kids got bit a lot in the lake by spiders on her face. The chairs around the fire pit are pretty broken. We used our own and that was nice. Inside, the upstairs was fairly clean. There is only AC in the living room. The downstairs and upstairs bedroom gets hot. I would suggest bringing extra fans. They do provide a few. They have a lot of kitchen supplies you need which is nice and a big table for everyone to sit at. The fireplace is probably very nice during the winter. The futon couches are hard as rock! Not comfortable to sit on and definitely not comfortable to sleep on. Downstairs is nice but it was not as clean as the upstairs. The sunsets were beautiful looking from the inside sliders, deck and dock. It really depends what you are looking for. We would not go back because it was not as enjoyable to swim in and pricey for the summer months. However I’m sure it’s great in the off season.

We had a very nice three night stay as a family of four with two small kids. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dark and roasting marshmallows on the open fire. Water was a bit cold and weedy for swimming but was able to take out the stand up paddleboard and give rides to my kids. Will definitely consider staying again.

The property was fine. The neighborhood was quiet, we got there early because they said we could check in for free but when we got there the keys were still locked up so we had wasted half an hour trying to get to the house before our family event but that was time wasted as it did not get resolved until we got back and could then get the keys at 7 o’clock

Excellent !!! Loved the home and was perfect ! We were up for a family wedding and we all fit perfectly !

We stayed at this lovely lake house while in town for my cousins wedding. The property was Clean and the neighbors friendly. Overall 10/10 experience.

Had an awesome stay! My husband and I enjoyed our time at Lady and the Lake. It had spectacular views of the lake. Hope to stay here again!

We loved everything about this place, inside and out. It had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the water. The line outside to hook the dogs lease to was a huge help. It felt like a home away from home. We hope to come back!!

Great Lake view, very peaceful. The house worked well for 3 couples and 2 small children. Living room is a little small for that many people but not an issue for us. We would definitely visit again!

Overall a great little getaway. Well stocked does need a sharp cutting knife for veggies and such. Otherwise has everything you could need

House is bigger inside than it appears, with plenty of room to spread out the kids and adults. The deck and view of the water is perfection. My wife didn't want to leave and she is picky!
