Wonderful house in quite neighborhood off the beaten path but within walking distance to beach.

We enjoyed IRB with our adult children. We had a great time and your property is really nice. You may want to make sure your cleaning crew mops floors each time. The place was clean but our feet turned black when walking on them. Thanks!!

Our Stay at Indian Rock Luxury home was wonderful! The house was picture perfect. The home was immaculate, very updated, clean and just as described on line. The beach was within walking distance, as well as the local shops, and dining. We walked to the boat launch every morning and watched dolphins. We enjoyed the home, the game room with ping pong was a huge hit with the teenagers and adults. The Golf Cart was an added bonus and made it easy to experience different access points to the beach.

After a long day of travel, it was wonderful to find our home for the next 3 days exactly as presented! The cleanliness & welcoming decor made for a great start to our vacation! The beautifully decorated bedrooms with cozy linens made for a good night's sleep. The game room in the lower level was a hit and enjoyed by our grandkids ages 2-8...adults too! It gave the adults on the main floor some quiet time and an opportunity to catch up! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We made a few trips to the park that was only a short walk away. The golf cart came in handy for a trip to the beach to search for shells and a quick treat at the Indian Rocks Cafe & Deli. The wagon, sand toys & beach chairs were a nice plus! Loved the outdoor shower! The location of this house is great! We ventured out and explored the numerous beaches in the area. Everything seemed to be in close proximity. The restaurants in the area were wonderful! It was a very easy area to navigate. The people were all so welcoming! Safety was never a concern. The owners of this property pay attention to detail to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay...and we greatly appreciated it!

I was immediately impressed upon entering this lovely home! Clean, welcoming, and everything was exactly as described and shown in the pictures! The Hosts did an amazing job of communicating what would be provided and how to use everything. My husband, children, and grandchildren (6 & 8) enjoyed the closeness of the beach, the game room, spa, and especially the golf cart – I think the golf cart was the highlight for the grandkids. Unfortunately, we had 2 days of rain, but there was plenty of things in the home to occupy everyone and we were able to enjoy just being together! It was definitely a 5 star weekend! I would highly recommend this home & hope to return in the future.E

Definately a 5 star place. Kitchen, bathrooms and electronics all new. Gameroom was over the top for young kids and adults.

We enjoyed our stay. It was central to all the places we wanted to visit. (St Pete's Clear Water, Tampa) I liked that it was quiet but close to the beach. We had fun driving the cart around the neighborhood too.

My husband had our children and grandchildren come to celebrate my 70th birthday. Everything was great. The grandchildren are 8 & 12 going on13. They loved the game room as well as the adults enjoyed the games. The game room was air-conditioned as well as the rest of the house. Everyone loved the golf cart. Beach chairs and all the beach things listed were in great shape. We didn’t need to bring any toys or beach equipment. Everything was as listed. 5 stars to the owners.

This home was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. Home was clean and comfortable. The golf cart made it is easy to get back and fourth to the beach and restaurants. Sarah was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back.

Rented this house for spring break with my sister and our children, who are older teens. The finished Rec area was a great spot for them. Loved the laid back neighborhood - prefer this to 'this strip'. Walking distance to 2 parks and the beach. Tooling around in the golf cart was a blast. Home was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Such a beautiful, very clean house with all the amenities that we needed, including a fun golf cart! Sarah was delightful to work with and responded promptly to our needs. Indian Rocks Beach is one of our favorite vacation spots and this house is a perfect place to stay - not too far from the beach, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and private. Close to parks and a nature walking path and a few places to eat, get ice cream and coffee/groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay, great location, great home, great host.

This house was absolutely wonderful. I loved the attention to detail. Everything was well decorated and thought out. We came here somewhat reluctantly after the sudden death of our 8 year old son in November. It was he, actually, who wanted to stay here so badly because of the variety of games and activities shown in the description. We ultimately decided to go ahead with the trip in his memory and are so happy we did. The home is in a great neighborhood. We were able to use the golf cart to access the nearby beach. We also loved TJ's Italian Cafe' which was just within walking distance from the house. If I were to offer a "wish" for the property, it would be in reference to the tv. I couldn't figure out how to access the local stations on the television, so that was somewhat of a letdown. I really think I'd like to return to this property one day.

We loved this vacation home, and it was one of the nicest/cleanest places we have stayed on our many travels. We would love to return again in the future. No complaints!!

I’ve been a VRBO customer for years and this rental was by far our best experience yet. Sarah, the owner definitely raised the bar for us with her home. The pictures were extremely accurate, the place was beautifully decorated and VERY clean. My family of 8 used every room but we never felt crowded. Downstairs game room was amazing and just what our kids needed. The walk to the beach was brief and the beach toys and equipment provided were perfect. Great neighborhood and 2-3 playgrounds in walking distance as well. I can’t say enough on how pleased we were with this home.

This was the perfect location and stay for a quick getaway. The bungalow was exactly as pictured. We were pleasantly surprised at the space and size of the bungalow. Three adult couples and a teen completed our party and we had more than enough space. The host responded immediately to questions and provided a welcome book with information that made it easy to maneuver the city. The beach was a short walk, and use of the golf cart and bikes added to our ease around the community. The Wi-Fi was easily accessible for those working during the day. We will definitely return for another stay.

AmaZing house. The golf cart is such a wonderful touch as we used it everyday. The quality beach chairs, the house was amazing in all aspects and we loved the game room. Well done and a great house.

We had a great time at this property. It fit the needs of our family with 4 kids ranging from 15 to 9months old just perfectly. The house is in excellent condition newly updated and remodeled and was perfectly clean. It had great amenities including a game room and access to beach equipment which was nice for us, since we flew into town. We walked to the beach and restaurants which are both less than a 10 min walk from the house. Sarah the host was great and communicated very well with us and even left a high chair and pack 'n play for our infant which was unexpected and very nice! We would definitely like to rent again when we come back into town and highly recommend it!
