The weather was great and the property was beautiful and very comfortable.

Me & my wife and couple of our friends from new york city stayed at clay's house for the weekend and when i tell you it was our best vacation home yet ! loved everything about it , ralph the grounds keeper was very helpful and super nice would recommend this to everyone with a bigger party of people to come stay at clay's house , loved every second of it !

We had such a fabulous time. Everything was so clean, and home was beautiful and spacious. Groundskeeper made sure we had everything we needed with daily check ins. Much appreciated and made our trip unforgettable.

Beautiful and convenient- view was amazing and we loved the sunrises. Pools were perfect for our grandchildren ages 2-15. Not far from the boardwalk- just a short drive. We will probably stay again!

Plenty space and activities for all ages

Everything was great. Ralph is great and was there to answer any questions. We had a great time.

The host and caretaker were very accommodating. The property was gorgeous and spacious. We had plenty of space downstairs to play games, cook and socialize with our entire party. The huge tv was great for the Christmas football and basketball games. We had a beautiful time together. We'll definitely be back again.

Great for large groups and families

We had 12 people stay here very comfortably. There is so much space to spread out or come together. Loved the pools and fishing dock - we caught about 20+ fish over 3 days the best time was around 8pm! The owner and caretaker were very responsive to any requests over the booking period and through our 3 day stay. Highly recommend getting their golf cart for easy access to Kemah Boardwalk it even includes VIP parking! Loved this place and hope to go back someday.

Loved the property!

Booked the house to celebrate our 50th birthdays with some friends from high school. One of the best VRBOs I’ve ever rented. The home owner was very informative. Ralph, the site manager, met us at the house and showed us the property. He was also very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.

This is a WOW Home! The Views, the beautiful pools and outdoor space, The open living room/bar area a Big Plus! There were 12 adults, and a 1 yr old, 2 yr old and 3 1/2yr old and still tons of room! A HUGE tv that you could see from anywhere in big room/bar or kitchen. The fish tank was a big success with the kids- getting to feed the fish each day. We were there 5 days over Labor Day Weekend and didn't want to leave! Did a quick drive to Kemah Boardwalk for a couple hours.. Did a Fishing trip out of San Leon, Fished off the dock.. Swam a lot in the pool.. Did Tons of cooking, grilling etc. A few things to know- the smaller fridge in laundry room does not keep things very cold so be careful what you put in there.. and the kitchen is great, however definitely needs more utensils, glassware, etc. .There were pots and pans, plates, bowls and coffee cups. We always travel with quite a bit of things-but a lot of people do not. So if you eat out all the time then not an issue. Ralph ( the maintenance /grounds worker) was great! Even came over after arriving late to show how things work. Checked back the next day if everything was going good. Plenty of parking, Beds were comfortable. So busy enjoying the pool and great weather we never even played on the Pool table or Darts. Super awesome having Walmart 3 blocks away, making multiple trips. You will NOT be disappointed with this property! Can't wait to go back!

My siblings & our spouses (7 couples) met up here for a reunion & birthday celebration. The Groundd keeper met us at the site, gave us a tour & went over rules. The location of the house was perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk which had rides, restaurants & bars. There was live music most nights. We also spent time swimming, playing pool, playing cards, and fishing. There was plenty of room in the house so even with 14 people it didn't feel crowded. We also did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked.

This property made Kemah worth visiting.

We really had fun! This house is in a fantastic location and the views of the bay are spectacular! We loved the pier and spent many hours fishing!

This home is incredible! The accommodations are very luxurious and spacious. The view of Galveston Bay is very scenic, and we experienced spectacular sunrises every morning of our stay. The location is very private and quiet as well. There were 15 of us gathering for a family reunion and 55th birthday celebration for our twin sons. We came from Indiana, California, Virginia, Arkansas and Dallas, Texas. Our ages ranged from 13 months to 79 years old. Everything about this house suited our needs . . . from bedroom configurations, dining room tables, and open living space. Having the use of three refrigerators and an ice maker as well as double ovens, were all perfect for food preparation and storage. Clay quickly met our additional need for a highchair by purchasing a portable one for our use during our stay. This was greatly appreciated and helped us tremendously during mealtime. The bonus of being able to rent the golf cart was also very much appreciated. Everyone enjoyed the easy access to the Boardwalk that the use of the golf cart provided. We were thankful to be conveniently located to Walmart and Target for grocery shopping and other miscellaneous purchases throughout our stay. The Houston Space Center was also very nearby and a must see/do if at all possible! I cannot write this review without mentioning how responsive Clay was whenever I had questions before our arrival. Also, Ralph was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any other questions.

This house was amazing. Everything was as advertised and more. The kid pool at the top of the main pool was perfect for our kids, and the unsung hero of the trip was the ice fridge in the bar. Great fishing off the dock in the bay, and was just down the street from the Boardwalk. Truly enjoyed the house and would definitely stay here again.

Great location.. We stayed Sat-Mon.. Right along the water with a short distance to the Kemah Boardwalk.. Check for activities at the Boardwalk if you're looking for something fun a short distance away.. We will be looking forward to staying here again in the future...

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. Between the pool and the pier, we really didn’t need to leave for entertainment.

We traveled down from WI as a three family group of 14. This beautiful house is just as advertised, easily accommodating all of us. The pools were great for enjoying a week in the hot Texas sun. Ralph the caretaker was there at check in to help explain everything and was extremely friendly. Dan’s Pizza and T-Bone Toms are within walking distance and highly recommended. NASA and Astros game were both easy commutes. Good spot to vacation.

This house was fabulous as was the location. The pool set up was great. Some of us played volleyball in one pool and the others lounged in the kiddie pool with our 3 year old. Everyone enjoyed the indoor fun as well including the pool table and card table. The wide open living room made it easy for all of us to be together without feeling crowded. We tried to catch crabs but no luck. We ended up buying crab and shrimp locally and had a delicious boil by the pool. The golf cart added to the fun as we were able to get to the Boardwalk easily. Highly recommend this place.

the property is amazing (lots of space) and has something for everyone from fishing from a private pier, swimming pool, kiddy pool, sun bath pool (part of bigger pool), pool table, card table, basketball goal, house had 12-14 guests and never felt crowded, anyone can do just about anything fire pit and underwater pool lights were nice to use at night house has 3 fridges, under counter ice maker for drinks, house was clean and Ralph was very helpful and answered all my questions there are bugs outside ofcourse but there were absolutely no bugs inside, so their pest control definitely works well inside location was great and convenient for anything and everything from places to eat, drink, and had specs, walmart, target, gas, within a 5 minute drive definitely returning next year depending on availability this was definitely the best vacation rental we stayed in and best bang for your buck

We just spent 5 great days here. Beautiful home, plenty of room for 10 adults and 2 children. This home is close to so many attractions and things to do. Ralph was such a joy to meet and if we had any questions he responded to us very quickly . We loved the pool, basketball court, the pier, and the house was great for cooking and spending time together. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We stayed in Kemah for a family vacation. There were 14 of us and this home was perfect to house us all. The property is beautiful and close to many fun things in the area. There is currently some road construction around but after driving to the property the first time it was easy to get around. Our grandchildren had a great time in the pools and there were many things for all to do. Love the ice maker! The new firepit was a hit. They are in the middle of remodeling this property and the upgrades they are making are a great attention to an already good house. We were the first to come after the first round of remodeling and they worked hard to be ready for us to visit. I gave a four star for cleanliness only because there was some construction still in the works but otherwise a 5 all around. Security is great, bedrooms are quiet and the aquarium an added treat. The management were very easy to work with and Clay and Ralph were most helpful. Thanks for a fun vacation.

We needed space and this location had space, view of the water and more. Did not regret this rental.

We had a great stay! It was crazy cold while we were there and it could be setup better to enjoy the location when you’re stuck inside by the weather (only a couple of inside locations look outside), but it is clearly perfect when the weather is normal for Houston! Thanks for a great place to stay for a Christmas wedding!!

Overall it was a great experience and I was satisfied with my selection. The house is spacious, clean and you can’t beat the view. My group never felt crowded and didn’t have any issues. Cons - the house is in desperate need of major upgrades throughout. I mean short of the upgrades some things just need to be thrown away and remove. I should not see a bubble back tv in a home of this value and location. I hope to return someday but only if the home is upgraded.
