After exploring up the east coast for a bit I was looking for a peaceful spot to rest for a couple of days.
The Eastern Beacon Inn in Lubec provided just what I was looking for. A clean, quiet, unhurried environment to relax and unwind.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this charming place. The location is perfect, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and the homemade cookies were a delightful treat. The room was spotless, as was the entire house, making our stay very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Check is was easy. Nice clean room. Totally loved the view of the harbor and Mullholand lighthouse. We had a cot for our 3rd family member that was great! Definitely enjoyed the stay!

My husband and i loved everything here. Our room had beautiful water views and big windows. Everything was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was just lovely and we look forward to dtaying here again.

We were so favorably impressed with Eastern Beacon Inn that we're already planning a return trip. Our room had a stunning view of the channel and Campobello Island. Everything was spotless, attractively furnished, and comfortable. For example, the mattress and bedding were nice and firm and high quality. The self-serve kitchen provides everything you need to make your own continental breakfast. There's a ramp to the 1st floor; you have to climb a fairly steep staircase to 2nd and 3rd floors.

Our time in Lubec was lovely and much of our positive experience came from getting to stay in the Eastern Beacon Inn. It was just what we needed - in a great location, clean, let us bring our little dog, and they had a little community area that was so welcoming. The owners are super helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this special place.

This was my first Vrbo rental and I was uneasy about getting the key, etc., but Patrick was great in communicating the check-in process. This property has all of the modern conveniences and updates to an older inn. This property sets on the first street from the waterfront looking at Campobello Island. Great location. Would be a great place to view a meteor shower or northern lights.

My communications with the property owners were outstanding. The room was sweet,comfortable...and CLEAN. And for me a huge selling point is that they allow dogs... yet it was such a clean room. The environment in the neighborhood felt just like that... a neighborhood, people were friendly and outgoing. I loved my stay!

The property itself was amazing. The choices are very limited in this town but this property was within walking distance of everything. Patrick checked us in and out remotely which worked out surprisingly well… will definitely be back!

Eastern Beacon Inn was a great find. The room was clean & comfortable and the continental breakfast was a nice touch. The innkeepers, Patrick and Kim were responsive, accommodating and friendly. The location was within walking distance to a couple of very good restaurants. If in this area, don’t pass this one up. We would definitely stay here again.

This stay was exactly what we needed. Full relaxation, very clean, quiet and the finishing touches of the room were exceptional. Local restaurants, chocolate and espresso all within walking distance. Our host Patrick has a very good eye for quality. He was kind and quick to respond. We loved sipping our coffee in the morning welcoming the ocean breeze. Perfect getaway for us

Exactly as portrayed online. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. I brought my dog who was very welcomed and Patrick was gracious and accommodating. The room was fabulous and the patio was a comfortable setting with a view to enjoy a cocktail in the evening. Plenty to see and do. Highly recommend.

Patrick was excellent communicating with us prior to our arrival. The home was furnished with everything you could need. We loved playing corn hole in the evening. Walking distance to anything in Lubec. Definitely recommend!!!!

Great space right in the middle of town. We were skeptical at first because the shingles outside seem very weathered. However, the inside is completely brand new. We had a great stay with our dogs.
