My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Shepherdstown. We were able to easily walk to restaurants (I would recommend Alma Bea, Blue Moon Cafe, and Lilah) and also nearby places of interest, such as the Riverfront Park and the Rumsey Monument. It was also fun to trace the Town Run through town (it is a small creek fed by a spring south of town that runs north through Shepherdstown to the Potomac). The location of our stay was awesome, and the apartment itself was clean and well-appointed. If we return to Shepherdstown, we will have to stay again. Thanks, Zeb!

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Great communication with the owner, it was very nicely furnished and very clean. Only blocks from shopping/restaurants. A great experience. We'll definitely be back!

We travel quite a bit and usual find ourselves underwhelmed by most VRBO rentals. So much so, we travel with our own sheets, towels and cleaning supplies. I usually re-clean rentals upon arrival. Crazy right? This place was different. My sheets, towels, and cleaning supplies stayed in the car this trip. Absolutely loved this place. The attention to detail was amazing. VERY impressed! Non-skid hangers? My heart skipped a beat! Classy! Zeb needs to give a class to other VRBO owners! I'm one satisfied Karen!

My friends and I stayed here because we attended a wedding at Bavarian Inn. I have to say this is one of the cleanest houses I have ever stayed at it. There was so much to walk to as far as restaurants, bars and shops. Parking was convenient and made carrying things upstairs very easy. The beds were comfortable, plenty of necessities provided, and even popcorn from a local shop in town was in our place. If we come back to Sheperdstown we will definitely book again. The property was gorgeous. Don't let the exterior fool you, what you find on the inside is amazing. The location was great. It was about 20 minutes from Harper's Ferry and 30 minutes from Greenbriar State Park. Each night we walked to The Rockhill Creamery for some old-fashioned ice cream. Within a 3 minute drive you could find, Domino's, DQ, Food Lion, Subway, Sheetz and Dollar General. Zeb was a wonderful hostess. I travel frequently and it was great to step into our place and finding so many amenities from home. The bedding and comfort of the beds were terrific. The kitchen was clean, the appliances looked new and all you needed to cook a meal (if you so desired) was accessible. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone and would return again.
