We spent three nights here with our married kids and ten grandkids. The pool was a hit and no one minded two days of rain. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We were a short drive to the state park for hiking. The lake is close by too. The house is very spacious, excellent layout, decorated nicely, and accommodating. Ben was very quick to respond each time I had a question. The kitchen was spacious with about everything we might need. I bought extra paper towels and cups. Walmart is about a ten minute drive. There are two dishwashers and two refrigerators which was really a help. The wood vinyl flooring was warped and coming up on a few places. I learned as we checked out that it is under warranty and will be fixed soon. I would be happy to come back when it is fixed. I guess that is why this house was a bit cheaper than the same one next door. If the weather was warmer we would have played on the playground and tried the outdoor pool. Overall a very nice experience!

We decided on this home for the size, location and amenities. We loved being able to walk on the lake trail accessible from the Marina just a 5 minute walk away, as well as being steps from the pickleball courts & playground. Having our own indoor pool was a huge draw and gave hours and hours of fun for the kids. If we had to give any negative feedback, the plank flooring on the main floor and basement are in horrible shape and needs replacing immediately. Takes the overall impression of this amazing home down several notches. Also worth mentioning - even tho the cleaning crew was just leaving as we were arriving, the floors were dirty and we found a pile of hair and lots of dirty woodwork especially in the bunk room. Owner would benefit from mentioning this to the cleaning crew. For a sizable cleaning fee, we were not happy with these things and feeling like we needed to clean before we unpacked. If they tightened up the cleaning issue and replaced the flooring to match the quality of the rest of the home, this one would be a perfect 10. We had a wonderful time and would like to return.

This is a great house close to Table Rock lake with a lot of space to spread out. The game tables in the basement add to the fun as well as the outdoor pool and pickleball court. The marina is close by for jetski and boat rentals. About 15 minutes from Branson.

The plus is that for our group of 18 there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The small indoor pool was used every day. We enjoyed the deck also, when weather permitted. Having two refrigerators and two laundry rooms really was nice. The floors of the house are in terrible condition, even the house is only about a year old. Uneven and tripping hazards with loose and cracked floorboards.

For 20 years now we have provided a week of family time for our children and their families. This location fit the bill perfectly. Playground for the wee ones, pickleball court for the active, good walking neighborhood, close to attractions and plenty of room in the house to congregate and share laughs.

This place had everything we needed! Our 84 year old dad enjoyed his time with the family to make memories, play his favorite games, eat sleep and watch great great grandkids God truly blessed us with an amazing weekend.

Wonderful place!

I would start by saying this property and host owes me nothing!!!! The home was everything I ever could have imagined it would be! The host was quick to respond anytime I would message him so that was helpful, the home lived up to and exceeded its expectations that is left to imagine online, it was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, modern,, well kept and just a sweet little gem!! I am very pleased and look to stay again in the future thanks again to the host!!!

We really enjoyed this house. Plenty of room for adults and kids. Porch was very nice for kids to hang out on and kids loved pool!

The property was nice with lots of room to spread out. The deck was great, and the kids loved the private pool. The floors were a little dirty, especially in the family room downstairs, and one downstairs bathroom toilet was not cleaned. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would go back again. The beds were very comfortable for all of us from age 6 to 77. The furniture is not for the older crowd wanting comfort, but its very stylish. If i was to suggest one change it would be grab bars in the bathrooms on the main floor that are ADA compliant. Our grandparents said it was hard to get out of the shower or toilet without them. The management seemed to care and was easy to contact if needed. Like I said we would stay again and truly did enjoy our stay. We had a great Spring Break vacation!

Nothing could compare with the kids excitement of having our own pool and the adults thankfulness of having a hot tub in our house! The property was clean, we were able to contact the owners with ease regarding any concerns that arise during our stay and they were handled promptly. The view of the fall foliage and glimpses of the lake made mornings so serene. We congregated on the balcony almost every night to just recap our days and let the kids play outside before bed. It was truly perfect!

Very accommodating

Beautiful well-appointed home. Perfect for large group. Several great gathering areas throughout the home. The deck is wonderful. There are two full size refrigerators and dishwashers which is great for a group that size. An additional stove/oven would have been nice but it was manageable. Cleanliness, overall, was very good but there was hair from previous guest on pillow and towel in my room. I didn’t hear this complaint from any other guests so, hopefully, an isolated issue. The home was as presented with one exception: no fire pit or at least not one that could be located by any in our group. There was also construction going on behind the house so it was extremely noisy during the day. Overall, it is an exceptional vacation home and fully met our needs. Well done!

Family of 13 ranging from 10 years to 70 years old. We had plenty of room for privacy and never felt crowded! The kids LOVED the indoor pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Great location about 10-15 minutes from the strip, short drive to the dam, next to marina, close to attractions! Two things we found not completely accurate...lakeview didn't match up.....only visible from the one upstairs bedroom so that was disappointing could not see it from the deck and we assumed from description all 9 bedroom suites had their own bath...mostly true, but one of the main floor bedrooms the bathroom is not in the room like the others it is across the hall . Other than that the house was great and beautifully decorated and we enjoyed staying there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!! Property manager responded very quickly to any questions that we had. Well supplied with just about everything you might need--beach towels, dishes, kitchen supplies--2 dishwashers AND 2 washers and dryers--great for large groups!!! We all spent a lot of time on the large, covered deck--a huge plus for our group--even had a family cornhole tournament on it in addition to many rounds of giant Connect 4 that was provided, lots of reading and many conversations. Kids loved the indoor pool and all spent time in the hot tub. Close proximity to the outdoor pool was also a big plus. Kids (and even some adults) made many trips down the slide. The indoor space is designed well with 3 king bedrooms on the upper level, 3 on the main level and 3 on the lower level plus the bunk room which our 7-10 years olds loved!!! Bathrooms in all but one of the bedrooms was a huge plus as well. Our teens, especially, liked the short walk to Table Rock State Park where they took the paddle board and kayak which we brought though they are available for rent at the state park marina. Also just a short drive to the state park picnic area for a barbeque and swimming--no designated beach but easy access to swimming areas. Moonshine Beach, a Corps of Engineers beach, is just across the dam--about a 5 minute drive. Also, everyone found coffee shops close by

Our 17-person family really enjoyed staying at this property right next to the Table Rock Lake State Park Marina. It has so many bedrooms that we had to really spread out to use them all. The outdoor pool is great and just outside the front door. Having two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and two washer/dryers was perfect for our large group. The home has more than enough dishwear, flatwear, pots and pans, and other kitchen utensils for a group much larger than ours. All in all, we found our visit to Table Rock Lake very enjoyable!
