Хотелът е много хубав, луксозен! На близко разстояние до центъра!

За три дни не смениха кърпи те за баня, няма халати с които да се слезе да спа центъра и паркинга е платен!

The hotel was severely understaffed. Instead of a bellman, we were offered a cart and asked to transport our luggage to the room ourselves. During check-in, we were given old, stale cookies that had been reheated in an attempt to make them more presentable. The receptionist had to bring bathrobes and toothbrushes to our room, as they were not provided initially. The housekeeping service was dreadful: when we returned to our room in the evening, there were crumbs left on the table, the bed linens had not been changed, just re-made, the hairdryer was not put back in its place, the cups were not properly washed—merely rinsed with water and left on the table, and the spoons remained dirty (photos of the cleaning are attached). The shower didn’t function properly, with abrupt temperature changes—you could be mid-shower and suddenly be scalded by boiling water. Yes, the location is good, and the rooms are nice, but the service leaves much to be desired. Our complaints regarding the shower and the housekeeping were ignored. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Al llegar nos dieron un detalle de bienvenida. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en el centro de Plovdiv. Tiene un buen parking. La habitación estaba muy bien. La tele se podía configurar para que el audio saliese en el baño. El desayuno muy completo y de calidad. El gimnasio bien equipado. Zona con restaurantes cercanos.

El restaurante del hotel era muy caro.

Everything was great - exactly as expected :) They even had charging cables for all kinds of phones by the bed, which was a really nice and unexpected thing :)

A minor thing, connected to safety no doubt, but I did not like all the blinking during the night - from a smoke detector or something like that on the ceiling and something else on the side. Easily solved when one closes their eyes :)

Единственото нещо, което леко ни разтревожи беше , че нямаше обхват в подземния паркинг и трябваша да се качим на първия етаж за да включим зарядната станция.

La ubicación está bien, a unos minutos caminando del centro. La habitación era muy amplia, luminosa y espaciosa, con una butaca, mesa, camas confortables, buenas almohadas, cafetera, hervidor, minibar y hasta plancha en uno de los armarios. El desayuno buffet, magnífico.

Nos gustó todo. No nos dio tiempo a usar el gimnasio ni de ir al restaurante del hotel fuera del desayuno, pero es un hotel francamente recomendable.
