Very hospitable staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Also the food is good and have a variety of options in the food. Staff is polite and rooms are warm and well equipped with all the facilities. We visited in September and it doesn't feel cold inside.

Excellent personalized service from the managers at the front desk and the restaurant. They helped us to organise sightseeing. Breakfast and dinner spread were fresh and tasty.

we stayed there for 3 nights. there were cleanliness issues. Daily cleaning of rooms were not up to the mark. there was no room service, I had to go and fetch my own water bottles. of all the times I called reception and kitchen no one responded. had to walk to the reception and kitchen to get my work done. staff is responsive and responsible though. I guess they are understaffed

Excellent location overlooking the river. It has direct access to the river front and marine drive. A fruit plate was left in rooms and one room had a small refrigerator. There was a sit out just adjacent with a river view. We had all our meals there. The hotel has rooms on first floor also with a large open area for sitting. Bathrooms had warm water in shower. Staff is excellent

Dining space was restricted due to rain. Rooms had a wet smell but were otherwise clean. Food variety is limited and not many options exist nearby.

Loved the ganga facing room.so healing and beautiful.loved it overall The proximity of the ganga. The quit and serene feel that was perfect for reflection and contemplation. It was therapeutical. Closeness to the vashista cave was a plus. Great place for one who wants to get away from it all.
