My daughters and I (17 and 21) had a girls’ trip to 30A and couldn’t have stayed at a better place! The location was perfect as it’s walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Monica was absolutely wonderful!! She answered all of my questions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend booking with her.

Great studio apartment that felt more like a spacious one bedroom flat overlooking a horseshoe shaped string of shops, restaurants, eateries, resources, and a live, open air entertainment community. The location was easy walking distance to the little town like feel of the Rosemary Beach community, access to the beautiful Seacrest sand and clear water beach area, and the stately Alys Beach community. Appreciated the communication, support, and sensitive attention provided by Monica. Everything was absolutely wonderful

This property was centrally located to all of the places we wanted to see. Easy walk to Rosemary Beach for shopping. Great restaurants within walking distance. We loved having the live music in the courtyard each night and the Starbucks in the same building was a plus!

Monica was an excellent hostess. She was quick to address a minor issue (missing wristband). She checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The room was very clean. The location was perfect, as you could walk to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and the beach entrance for the area. There are plenty of dining and shopping options. We had the best Spring Break and would definitely stay at Monica's place again. As for the area it is important to know that the beaches are private and each community has it's own beach access. You must wear a wristband to ride the trolley, to enter the pool area or gain access to the beach assigned to your area. There is a public beach 1 mile away that was easy to get to and not crowded (even during spring break). I recommend exploring the area, Seaside is a 15 minute drive and there are many restaurants and shopping spots in between, Grayton Beach State Park is absolutely beautiful and worth the drive.

Loved that this roomy unit was a very short walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops. Pool was nice and private and easy walk to beach access. Good breakfast choices right downstairs.

We loved it! Monica was very helpful and always available if we needed her. It is walkable distance to everything you need, and the parking was also very convenient (directly behind where you need to be) there was no hassle there. We will definitely stay again, 10/10!

Such a great spot nestled between the amazing restaurant and neighborhood of alys and rosemary beach. We came in the winter and spent two days exploring the area, biking, and hanging out in the beach (only 5-10 min walk max!). Monica was kind enough to help us get rescheduled when our first date didnt work. We are so grateful!

My wife and I wanted a quick weekend get away without our 4 kids and this was a perfect stay! Host made everything simple! Location was perfect walking distance from Rosemary Beach town center and easy walk to the beach. We had a great 2 nights stay and would do it again if we get the chance!

This vrbo was exactly as pictured! Plenty of towels, there is a cooler for you to use at the beach, a nice table and couch. The bed is huge and comfortable. The location is very central and makes everything walkable. I would highly recommend Monica’s place!

I took my 2 teen daughters for a few days The place was perfectly located , very clean , and good size for what we needed. The only thing was that it was warm, like the air wouldn’t work. There were a few fans available so we managed

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The use of space in the unit was awesome and it had just about everything we needed for a quick and relaxing getaway. The biggest perk of this property is by far the location! It is within walking distance of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and dozens of restaurants and shops. The beach access through the gated community was so easy and nice. It was a short walk which was convenient as was the tram service for when we had things to carry. Communication with our host was also very consistent and she was very kind and accommodating.

Very clean, easy access, pool was great for our 5 month old, trolley rides were a life saver to the beach, and the property was within walking distance to all restaurants and shopping.

We loved this property! It was so nice being right there with all the restaurants and shops. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors tv one night and we could hear the group above us but that won’t keep us from staying here again. It was the perfect place for me and my husband!

This was our second time staying in the complex. We loved this unit! The full size fridge was great to have. The pools were perfect for our young kids after a day at the beach. We love the pizza restaurants & listening to the live music at night. Will definitely stay in this unit again

Perfect sized studio for a small family! Great location - steps away from Rosemary Beach and minutes away from Alys Beach and Seaside. Loved the options of restaurants and shopping. Complimentary shuttle to and from beach entrance makes it very convenient! Communication with the owner was very accessible! Would stay here again And recommend to family and friends!

We could not have been happier with choosing this property for our first time to this area. My daughter and I came for 5 days and absolute loved the location. You can bike to restaurants, shopping. Tram is convenient and efficiently run. Peddlers pavilion was such a nice chill place to return after a beach day or dinner. The property has everything we needed and is clean and spacious. Property manager was timely helpful and gave alot of good tips i.e. get the chair rentals ! You won’t be disappointed you did even though pricey. My daughter and I had such a good time that she wants to plan her best friends bachelorette weekend here. We will definitely be returning. Side note - if coming from long distance like we did - PCB airport is so much easy and convenient. I highly recommend trying to land there if at all possible. Also If you rent a car - then this doesn’t matter that much but getting Ubers to local destinations can be a bit challenging but we were lucky and just patient on timing.

The unit is decorated beautifully, and the bed is very comfortable. Great location, convenient to restaurants and the beach. I must give a shout-out to Monica because she was fantastic to work with! She's so sweet, very responsive, and made us feel as if she would address any problem we had, but of course, we had no problems at all! Will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect. It was very nice accommodations. The bed was super comfortable. Monica was super helpful. The transportation to and from the beach was easy.

Let me just start by saying that Monica is amazing! So incredibly attentive to her guest. I was able to contact her and get a response in a timely manner. The space was so clean and smelt clean! The location is AH-mazing!!!

The place has everything you need for a stay around here. The bed was comfortable and great to sleep in. The restaurants downstairs are great and a walk to the downtown or beach are very quick and easy. Highly recommend!
