On a fairly busy main road so not the quietest location if you’re looking for tranquility! Took taxi into Stratford- slightly too far to walk - cost about £5 each way

A lovely place to stay clean and well presented. Very comfortable bed Fan in bedroom was very welcome as it was very warm in June when stayed. Ideally situated for visiting many popular places of interest. Morrisons 1/2 mile serves good value for money breakfasts.

We struggled with the small kitchen sink in the corner. The main road was a concern as it is supposed to be a 30mph road but on quite a few occasions in the night the speeding brigade with loud cars did force us to close the windows which is not great in the height of summer. The entrance to the property is opposite a junction which was difficult at various times to exit, we found turning left to Morrisons roundabout was less stressful.

Good contact from Sally, allowed early access, easy to find keys, apartment spotless and very well equipped, even had tv in bedroom and Netflix. Well placed to walk into town and to the horse racing track

The weather but not sallies fault

The whole house was so lovely and beautifully decorated and she thought of everything someone would need.

The sofa was so beautiful to look at but was the most uncomfortable sofa but that’s the only negative I have as the place was perfect!

The apartment was lovely, it was very cosy and perfect for two people. There was a great tea and coffee selection upon arrival and the host had left fresh milk in the fridge which was a treat after travelling. Everything was well presented, comfortable and thought out, even down to extra towels and blankets. The outside space is a great addition to the apartment, it is lovely and peaceful space. It is located close to Stratford-upon-Avon town centre and it was an easy 20 minute walk. It is also located close to the train station and a local supermarket. All in all, a great little place to stay.

There wasn't anything not to like.

The property was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. There was even a lovely patio outside with comfy garden chairs for the summer. The location is perfect - away from the traffic and crowds but close enough to walk into the centre of Stratford.

No breakfast provided as this was a self catering property. The location was great just a 15 minute walk into Stratford Upon Avon town.

The property was excellent. The only thing, we are used to a King size bed so found the double a tad small but that was all.

The apartment had a really nice vibe, very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Plus the bed was super comfortable! Best nights sleep I've had in ages. Although we didn't meet the host, she was very welcoming and attentive, answering any messages/questions straight away. Would definitely stay there again!

Found it cold on times as used to wood burner Limited place for clothes ok for few nights. May have struggled if there for week.

For a town like Stratford-Upon-Avon, there are a couple of things I look for: safe parking, as I don't want to use the car here, and walkability. Sally's place had both - we parked the car off-street and didn't touch it again. We walked 15 mins to a great pub for dinner (The Old Thatch Tavern); walked to Morrison's the supermarket in less than that; and walked to the main tourist area in about 20 mins. And it's easy - it's all on the same straight and level road; no sat nav needed. We also walked to Anne Hathaway's cottage, which was nearby. Just the most perfect location. But that wouldn't matter unless the accommodation was comfortable - and Sally's place was great. Room to spread out a bit too. Everything we needed, and Sally was lovely to deal with. No better place to stay.
