Great place to stay if you want to get to/from WEF. They made everything so easy!

The house is neat and clean with everything needed for a nice stay. Easy to book and entry is easy and quick. Cesar responds quickly when u have questions and responds to any potential problems quickly and with answers to your questions. Highly recommend to future clients. My best to all Nick and Laura

This is our second time renting a house in Florida and this property was extremely overpriced and far worse than our first experience! The house was very dirty, it’s listed as freshly renovated and it looks ok in pictures but in person it’s just awful. Whoever did the “makeover” did a terrible, terrible job. I wish I would have taken pictures of the cracked tiles, poorly smeared paint on the walls and baseboards and around the windows, really gross. The electrical in one of the bedrooms is not working properly, sometimes the switch works, sometimes not. One of closets had no hangers and no dresser to store your clothes in and the window was barricaded with shutters from the outside. The windows are thin like paper and the noise level kept us up at night. The mattresses were the absolute worst we have ever slept in, so frustrating when you are on vacation and all you want is relax and unwind. The house is listed with 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6, but has a dining table for 4? Very strange. We had to use the plastic deck chairs from outside to eat meals with our 4 kids. The kitchen was a disaster, there was not a single pot with a matching lid to cook up some noodles for dinner, no stirring utensils, all knifes were dull and completely useless, we had difficulties closing the dishwasher, because it hasn’t been installed properly, but my husband figured it out. The handle of the dryer is broken off and instead of fixing it they left us a wooden paint stir stick to use as handle, so thoughtful, but no dryer rack for wet towels or bathing suits, not even hooks in the bathrooms. When we turned on the ceiling fans the dust balls flew all over the room and what’s up with that blanket in the master bedroom??! It was so disgusting. The battery of the push button lighter on the barbecue outside is empty. And here are all the good things: the air conditioner worked great, loved the Keurig coffeemaker, two tvs with different apps to choose from, extra towels for the pool, 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas, pool floaties and beach toys. Check in was easy and the communication with owner was good. We would not stay here again. This property is not worth the price! It was a downgrade in house with upgrade in cost.

Clean, nicely decorated, heated pool was a bonus. Good neighborhood. Five minutes to grocery stores and minor league ballpark. 15-20 minutes to beaches, nightlife, airport. Cezar was a terrific host. Always quickly responsive and helpful.
