We have been to so many vacation condos and homes, but the Delmar Beach Cottage was the Best! The home was clean and so inviting and oh so cute! The neighborhood was quiet and safe! I loved the private pool so much! I seriously can not wait to go back and take our grandkids! If you ever want to sell this beautiful place call us first! Thank you for hosting us we had a wonderful time and a great experience!

Terrific location, literally a block to an awesome beach entrance (about a 4-min. walk) & just around the corner from the Carousel store (& liquor store) + a short, pretty 8-min walk to Thomas Donut (where you can also grab lunch, ice cream & pizza)-12 mins to Thomas if you walk along the beach. You could definitely park & never drive. The photos are accurate for the most part. We didn't need the 3 bedrooms &would have preferred a more open space layout, but I know most prefer the rooms. Pool's as big as it looks in photos & feels secluded - the walk-in/lounge pool stairs rule. There's a grill! plenty of beach chairs & places to lounge. Definitely bring your own beach towels. Our favorite thing was the porch, it's a great place to post up & read on a rain day - coffee in the am - quiet, shady street with beautiful trees & super friendly neighbors balanced with quiet privacy. The host was easy to reach, communicative & helpful, but also didn't "bother" us during our stay. I think they'd just sprayed for bugs so there was a chemical smell in the house - probably not something that'll always be the case, but you may want to plan in case it's a regular thing, we aired it out the best we could(maybe bring incense or a scented candle?). It's an older renovated house & floors have "settled". There are cameras around the property- always makes me uneasy, but that seems to be the deal with all rentals recently. No real complaints, mostly just "so-you-know" notes. Recommended place!

We loved staying at the Del Mar cottage! It was a perfect getaway for my husband and me with our three kids. They LOVED the pool. And of course, it is always hard to beat Laguna Beach..

Myself, my wife, our 10-year-old son, and our two dogs enjoyed this property in mid-June 2023. It is a very quiet and cozy space. The pool was wonderful! Very clean and lots of fun toys to play with. My son loved it a TON, especially because the PC beach can be problematic with currents (three of the days we stayed were double-flag and closed to the public, and the days they weren't they were still quiet intense, so he didn't stay in the ocean too long). The location is INCREDIBLE and well worth the price. It is close to all sorts of conveniences and a VERY short trip away from the main Panama City experience. Honestly, staying at this property was like staying somewhere others hadn't discovered yet. I couldn't believe how killer it was. Brennan was a very, very communicative host who responded near-instantly to any messages I sent to him. The house itself is furnished well. It was clean when we stayed and had lots of small touches that made the stay exemplary. The outside shower was particularly great. I emphatically encourage anyone with a family to stay here. It was an awesome experience. We already are talking about when we can come back!

Great home and pool. It was very clean and well decorated. Property manager was very nice and accommodating! Very well located, walking distance from a well stocked grocery store and just a few minutes away from anything you would need. Perfect place for a small family and the pool is nice and private. Would definitely stay there again!

We love the Laguna Beach area, and this house was perfect for our family of 4 for a week of spring break. Very close to the beach and the Carousel grocery store. Very clean property. And the heated pool allowed swimming early and late !

Came up for a few days away to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. House had everything you needed and more. Close to the beach and a store to get anything you needed.

We enjoyed our 13 days at our home away from home. The pool is an absolute gem, and is our favorite part of the property. For anyone wondering...should we heat the pool? Our suggestion is yes. We chose not to, and are still happy with our decision, but the first week was warm weather so the pool temp was wonderful. Second week, temps dropped so we still enjoyed the pool but it was chilly. The master bedroom was comfortable and the direct access to the pool was excellent for quiet morning coffee poolside. We enjoyed the outdoor shower! The kitchen has everything needed to enjoy home dinners. Location~ we feel it’s the best around. It has everything needed within an easy walk or drive. ( groceries from carousel…a quick breakfast or donut from Thomas’s) The beach is pretty and we enjoyed, swimming and sunsets, and sunrises. We did not rent a golf cart, but it could be very practical. We loved the calmness and tranquility of the area. (Venturing out to other areas is easy also). Our host Brennan, made us feel right at home, and answered the couple questions we had immediately. We would stay here again.

Our "new house," as our 6yo has dubbed it, proved to be perfect for our fall getaway. This house literally has everything that you could need. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. We cooked a lot of our meals and didn't need one thing that wasn't there (even spices in the pantry!). There is a nice grocery store that is a block and a half away. The beds are comfortable. There are beach chairs, sand toys and a beach wagon for use. The pool is amazing (gas heated pool was SUPER nice when there was a random 20 degree temp drop). There are plenty of towels and starter toiletries. Brennan was excellent to work with. He graciously answered my numerous questions. The beaches in this area are amazing. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this rental and will hopefully be back next year!

We rented this property after our original booking was cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. We were bummed to completely change sides of the state and having not stayed in Panama City for many years we weren't sure of the location. We were pleasantly surprised what a great low key area this was away from high traffic. Easy walk to the beach with two younger kids, beach wagon provided along with chairs. Beds slept great as well. Pool is nice; was a little cool due to a cold snap, so we opted to have it heated. Would definitely recommend this home and this small beach town feel!

I was looking for a place to relax and regroup for a few weeks after my mom passed away. This house was the perfect retreat. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, within walking distance to the beach and Carousel Grocery. The place was clean, extremely well stocked in every category. It was cozy and I instantly felt relaxed.. The pool and backyard is perfect. Brennan the host was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Great communication and just a super nice person! Thank you so much. I will definitely be back!

This charming house has everything you need to have an amazing getaway that’s a bit off the tourist-y path. The completely private patio, pool and outdoor shower is literally a block or two from everything you’ll need to complete your stay. The beautiful beach; a full grocery, liquor and souvenir store; an eatery (with offerings for any time of day) and even a local gallery for a sunset painting party. The house was stocked with essentials that simplified our stay and Brennan was super responsive to any questions we had. A truly wonderful property-You will not be disappointed!

Will definitely stay here again. Great location, loved the pool. Communication was great. The only complaint would be that it could be cleaner…it was dusty and the floors weren’t cleaned completely. Looked like the high spots were done not detail. Don’t get me wrong though, we had a great time and are already looking at dates in the future, just saying the cleaners should do better.

Nice location and pool

Great place for us! We greatly enjoyed the stay, and would recommend to any couple or small family/group. There were only 2 of us. As the satisfaction of any stay is mostly about matching a house's qualities with your expectations, here is a breakdown of our observations: +The pool is great, with a max. depth under 6 feet. We are not into diving, etc. Solar string lantern lights around fence gave a great night feel as well, as we sat to watch stars. +Some pool and beach equipment is available. Wagon & 2 beach chairs were esp. nice. +The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Great for us, not for those that would want a loud, wild vacation. Loudest noise was a local rooster, rarely heard unless outside. +Outdoor shower has a very large floor space. Open towards pool area - shallow end. First day had some wind, so the curtain would blow in towards shower, so didn't use curtain often. As only a couple, never a problem. If you want any modesty with a group, unsure, but that might get challenging? +One indoor bathroom (shower & toilet). Great for us, but consider if planning several people, what your dynamics might be. +One long block to beach. Easy, short, level walk; but can't see beach from house. Only real negative, to us; but walked there often. Would still rent again. +Smaller kitchen & living area. Great for 2, but the full 7 capacity might feel tight inside, IF expecting lots of personal spaces. +Price seemed higher compared to other houses we've rented in the past, for amenities and location. (BUT: Inflation, and/or a lot less available) Everything was provided as detailed; and no surprises, assuming we get deposit back. =Overall a great place for us to reconnect as just a couple, which it has been years since we have traveled without kids.

Overall, enjoyed our stay.

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location--walking distance to downtown and a block from the beach. The hosts were extremely attentive. Everything was as advertised. You will not be disappointed!

Great location, great beach cottage, beautiful pool! The included beach cart, chairs, and umbrella made a huge difference!! Plus walking distance to Thomas Donuts and Carousel Market make it one of the best locations in West PCB!
