Overall a very nice stay. Pre arrival Communications from the management were very helpful. On the downside, the Pool spa was left on and the pool was over 100 degrees when we arrived. Shades in master bath were not operable. Outside trash cans were full. TV’s were not easy to operate

We felt like we were in Paradise for our family vacation. The house was luxurious for our 3 generation family vacation with 13 members from ages 12-82 from three different states. Every day someone would be saying what a beautiful home to spend our vacation time together. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and plenty of room for all of us to be together. The well stocked kitchen had the most modern up to date appliances that made cooking magical. The furniture was beautiful, the beds so comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a great place to relax, cool down after golf or sit back and watch TV. The house was a great location for the beach, for golf and for biking. The few minor problems were quickly taken care of by the management company by sending Paul who was a great worker and a pleasant person to deal with. It was hard to leave after the week and we hope to be able to come back sometime in the future. Grace August 2023

The house was beautiful and incredible to stay in for the week. We enjoyed the spaciousness and bedrooms with connecting bathrooms which made it nice for multiple families to stay at 1 time. It would have been nice to have had a pack and play at the house for use, but we ended up renting one.

We each had individual rooms to sleep in and plenty of common areas space to visit and relax. We cooked in for breakfasts and a few dinners too. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, platters etc. Thank you for the beach gear rental credit. We rented bikes and loved riding the many bike paths on the island and on the beach!

One suggestion would be either dimmer switches or lamps added to the living room area. The ceiling can lights are really bright.

If you are wanting a pool, though, this house is not for you. It's small but the more important time to note: grass, debris, bugs, etc in it constantly - it was not a pleasurable experience and we only got in it once. I'm sure they clean it constantly, but it was not the best. Other than that, the house was great!
