Huge apartment lovely decorated. Beach just down the hill Host was friendly and very informative.

Shower room a little cramped but not a problem Quite a long walk to the centre but the prettiest walk along the promenade with bars and restaurants on route. The centre is very much worth the walk

super well equipped, cute old house nicely renovated with all confort. All appliances available (coffee machine, toaster, boiler,…) very spacious and with a lot of charm. Access to a nice garden terrasse. Owner very helpful and available if required. parking available nearby (100 m)

Well equipped, spacious and clean apartment in the heart of Opatija old town, with excellent host and communication. We had a really good time, planning to return.

Totally recommended! The owner of the appartement was very kind and helpful - he allowed us to check in a little bit sooner, he helped us to find an appropriate parking lot, he showed us the interessant places and good restaurants in the neighbouthood and in the town centre. The appartement is really very large, good equipped, clean and in the walking distance 3 minutes from the nearest small beach, the bigger ones (a little big bigger ) are approx. 5 min away. No seaview from the windows, no balcony, but there is a quiet garden on the opposite side of the building.

Small disadvantage - the windows of the bedrooms are oriented to the street and for somebody, who wants to go to the bed sooner than at the midnight, could be the street and the restaurant nearby too noisy.

The property is beautiful and lacks nothing,it’s in a fantastic location and the owner is a great gentleman he couldn’t have been better.

Location, the shower was great, rooms were large, host was courteous. Local eateries especially Valle Losca right nextdoor, were great and position of the appartment is perfect for the Lungo Mare walk which starts in Volosko.

These are not real complaints but just observations;could have been better instructions as to how to work the hob,the coffee machine etc and where the various bits and pieces were hidden, personally I think its a little overpriced and a bit devoid of atmosphere.
