Dish washer did not clean the dishes. We had to hand wash dishes. When we arrived, some cups in cupboard had coffee residue in them. Clothes washer door was difficult to shut so the washer would start. Had to work with it to get it closed properly. Chairs cushions at the table looked dirty. Swimming pool closed at 5:00. 😟

I was very impressed with how clean this condo was. The management was great and I loved how they had plenty of towels and extra toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked. I could tell that the owners put a lot of thought into this condo. Thank you!

Our daughter was getting married in Savannah @themackeyhouse. We were going back & forth on whether to stay in Savannah or closer to the beach. We definitely made the right choice for our family and the drive to a from wasn't that bad. From reading other reviews we knew to bring laundry soap and a few extra towels for the beach. All in all it was a great stay.

Overall, the property was good. The lock on the door was hard to work, plus the location of our exact rental unit was hard to find so it was a challenge to get in. Once we were inside, the space was large and accommodating. It did not have a good view, but the patio was still nice to sit on and it was close to the pier and many other things. The pillows were nasty and should have been thrown away a long time ago and the comforter had stains on it, but communication was good and they offered to bring us new bedding. Overall, it was pretty good.

The property has a good location with updates throughout. We had access to 2 pools that the kids enjoyed. The property management communicated well. A keyless entry could improve the property.

Great location!
Great location and property. Short walk to the beach and pier. Also the small boardwalk was super close to enjoy. Enough space for my husband and I and our 3 teenagers.

A waste of Money for noncompliance stay!
House need to be exterminated, roaches was everywhere, friend leg was bitten very badly while sleeping. Have pictures to prove it. Elevator wasn't working, it's drop on us while we was in it as well. People pay a certain amount of money per day for staying. And you think they can afford to pay for pest control and maintenance for elevator. Because the last time it was expected by the city was in 2019. So the city of Tybee Island beach need to do better as well. Trust this stay is really a law suit. And there no need to call to complain with all they policy and rules. We Will never stay with this company or complex again.
