This is the best VRBO property I have ever rented in my many years of using this service. The house was clean, extremely comfortable and well supplied. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were very responsive. We had absolutely no issue with the property during our two week stay. An amazing amount of thought went in to setting up the property as it had many amenities not generally found in a rental property. What we were particularly impressed with was the consideration given to youngsters traveling with you. We didn’t have any, but the “kids room” was nicely decorated and could accommodate several children with its twin over king bunk setup and a pull out trundle. A supply of children’s books were on the shelf and some thoughtful plaques hung in the room. There was also an ample supply of noodles, floaties and other pool paraphernalia stored in the outside boxes. Having access to the garage provided a tremendous amount of storage for suitcases, golf clubs and other items you didn’t want to keep in the house. The large laundry room also provided additional space for storage. The highlight of the house was the outdoor space. The screened in Florida room was comfortably furnished, including a massage chair. The pool area, with gazebo, fire table and ample comfortable seating as well as the dining table with umbrella next to the large gas grill and four lounges was outstanding. The pictures provide a true representation of what the property offers.

Very clean and very well accessorized. Heated pool was wonderful. Host communications were fast and responsive.

My 2 adult sons and daughter-in-law had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. This home is so well maintained; clean, bright and beautiful. It had everything we needed and then some really great extras. Gorgeous pool, beautiful backyard, clean and well-maintained home. The beds were so comfy with cozy linens. Bathrooms were stocked with all we needed. The small touches were extra thoughtful. The kitchen had everything and we were super relaxed. Night swimming and relaxing on the couches outside with a gas firepit and television was super. 5+ stars for everything. Extra cudos and a big thanks to Joe. we can't wait to come back book this home again !!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and looked to be newly renovated and had everything you might need when away- full stocked kitchen of appliances/ pots and pans/ serve ware, bath toys for kids, books, building blocks and pool toys for my son were all key for a great trip! The backyard was a private oasis that we never wanted to leave! Only downside was a VERY limited cable box with no kids channels on it. All TVs were smart TVs but unfortunately we don’t have any subscriptions to any streaming apps so evening was tricky with a 4 year old wanting to watch certain shows. However we would still definitely recommend this house and we would definitely stay here again!
