We did like the nice balcony, coffee machine, the playground. The place itself is nice, modern, new apartment complex. Kids liked to play with new friends.

I did not check for the wi-fi availability, so it is my fault, but it became so normal to have an internet in places like that, so I even did not have an idea to check... The 4G was available only outside the apartment, so this place is not good for distant work. The worst thing is a location. When you go to the beach, you go through the street without pedestrian pathways. Whether was nice, cars were constantly driving, so the distant became even longer, because we had to stop ant let all the cars go.

Great location, lovely new-built houses. All have either a patio or a balcony. Air conditioning and floor heating in the bathroom is a big plus. Good quality towels and bedding. Kitchen is well equipped. Lots of parking spaces. We were lucky to get a room with a view to the fields - very quiet place and lovely views, we even saw a couple of deers through our window!

Cleanliness could be improved, under sofa was filthy, bits of food left from previous tenants. The cleaner must have just mopped the middle of the floor but didn't bother looking under furniture. Also, small bits like toilet paper or kitchen wipes were a bit annoying. For example, toilet paper seemed to be the cheepest one - very thin, so you'd need to use lots at once, therefore was barely enough for our stay. The kitchen wet wipe was just a disposable one. There is no Wi-Fi, which is a massive negative considering mobile reception is very poor in the property. I had an important video call for which mobile data wasn't enough unfortunately, so had to go and find a cafe with a Wi-Fi. Bedroom is tiny. There could be more storage space for clothes and also more storage in bathroom would help.

Great location for local restaurants, beach, walking path.

Can't shoose the neighbours though :) had to lower the voice tone not to disturb the neighbours in the balcony upstairs, to keep their private silence, so missed our privacy to relax and enjoy.

The apartment was newly furbished, clean, had all kitchen and bathroom utencils one might need. There’s a BBQ area for all guests to share. It’s at a quiet location, 5 mins away from the beach on foot. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.
