Great location! Nice property, needs closets and hangers for clothes and ice trays. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

This cabin is just what you need. Perfect for our family and extended family. Our kids loved to play by the river. The sound of the river is so soothing! Close enough to town, but far enough out for privacy.

This cabin is great for those who want to fish the river just steps from your front door! Bedrooms and bath are ok in size, living room and kitchen are extremely small. The kitchen lights would not come on!!! Overall, not a bad little place to stay.

Close to the church where our mission team held Vacation Bible School and a very short drive to town. Loved the sound of water flowing.

I like that this cabin was very accessible to the river. Which was one of the reasons I expected to pay as much as I did. However, I thought with the price there would be other amenities available that weren’t. Such as, no hangers to hang our clothes. Only one small very old and barely usable skillet to cook on. Took forever to make meals. Had to resort to using a pot to make scrambled eggs. There were no condiments. I had to go to town to purchase salt and pepper, oil, garlic etc….In other rentals we have stayed in those were provided. The blinds in the kitchen had to stay closed the entire trip because they were broken and could not be opened or closed without the proper tool. The tv in the upstairs master bedroom did not work. The tv in upstairs other bedroom only played dvd’s. No cable tv was available in that room. I wish there had been more games provided. Only a puzzle and a set of one game playing cards were all there was. It definitely wasn’t worth the price even with the river so accessible.

Just needs a few basics like a kerug and salt/pepper.

The 4/5 houses w keyless entry, all had the exact same access code. This is unacceptable and very dangerous. Owners would be completely liable if anything happened as a result. The couch is beyond unacceptable… for the price paying. The fabric is coming undone and one cushion is almost flat. Sink has spray nozzle missing and spout very hard to move. Pots and pans are almost not usable… too old and handles on some loose. Hooks pls! A few hooks behind entrance of door would help greatly! None of the closets are accessible… locked or stacked w supplies in one. People coming to ski have very little space to put things.

This place had very little amenities, like no coffee provided, no pens, scissors, paper…sometimes you need these little things! The couch was probably from the 80’s and has zero cushion left on it. Needs to be replaced asap. It was very basic but got us through the weekend. It was clean and quaint.

We had decided that we wanted to perhaps spend our Thanksgiving in Red River at some point and looked for a place that would fit our needs and this cabin was it. Nice little place for all of us (5 people and 2 small dogs) with plenty of room. Our only complaint is that couch! It was quite cold during our stay so we spent a lot of our time indoors and it was not the comfiest place to sit. Otherwise we had a wonderfully restful weekend!

Great experience, the family loved it. only problem was blinds on door we’re broke other than that the place looks fantastic.

The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed and a beautiful location just down the road from down town Red River. Our granddaughter’s loved the balcony. It’s close to all restaurants and activities. We enjoyed it and will be back.

So relaxing. The river is located right outside the door. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Cozy! Would stay again

Location, view, comfort, relaxing!! Everything we wanted! Peaceful and quiet. Rustic outside with lovely interior. Definitely will want to stay here again!

We love this little cabin! It was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies! The fishing is great and convenient- about 15 feet from the front door!🎣😊
