This condo was perfect for a week at the beach - it had plenty of amenities and was newly updated, making it very easy to spend a week in. It was bright and airy with cute, but comfortable furniture and nice mattresses. This unit had everything to make you truly enjoy your time. Also, the views of the Gulf were great and made for all day sunlight. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony, too.

Loved the layout and both views from balconies! One Gulf View and one Lake View! Had access to both bodies of water! Safe, family friendly and Fun on the beach! So many things to do!

We had an amazing and restful stay. Carillon is beautiful. Restaurants within walking distance. Peaceful beach. Nice area for walks.
Overall this place would be hard to beat.

This condo was located in the perfect location, between 30a and Front Beach Road I. The Carillon community. It faces the beach on one side and the lake on the other- everything was remodeled and super cute and really nice. We will definitely consider this property again.

This was by far our favorite so far! We stay in this area often but our first at Pinnacle Port. The place is so clean, super cozy and we felt as if we had our own little piece of paradise overlooking the blue/green water all to ourselves. The view of the gulf and Powell Lake were both stunning! Our favorite were the gorgeous sunsets we took in from the balcony where the furniture was comfortable and nestled perfectly. This condo was stocked to perfection and offered all you need. We didn't want to leave and look forward to going back as we believe we have found our new perfect spot!

Overall our stay was awesome. The condo itself is much smaller than it appears in the photos, so it was a little tighter than I imagined it would be. We are a tall family, so the ceiling height was a bit of a disappointment. The views of the gulf made it worth it though. We also loved the lake views from the master bedroom. Everyone that we came in contact with was great. The beach was clean and very private. The sand was soft and easy to walk on.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect with grocery close by and beach was quiet. The condo was clean and updated recently. You are close to Panama City and 30A. The only downside was the unit next door was being renovated so a couple of mornings were loud. But overall would recommend. We will definitely be back!

Great Condo!
The condo was amazing - clean, awesome view from both the front balcony and the bedroom balcony. No hair dryer, or at least, couldn't find it, despite stating there was supposed to be one. But we highly recommend this property. The ONLY issue was that the AC was out the first night we were there. The property manager called to give us the heads up, provided fans, and a temporary fix was in place within 24 hours of our arrival, BUT, we were disappointed in the lack of compensation provided. We were miserable and didn't sleep at all the first night. HOWEVER, not the actual fault of the condo owner, and very nice place to stay!
