This was the perfect size for myself and my 2 girls! The host thought of everything that you may forget or something that may come in handy during your stay. We enjoyed it very much and will be making a return trip!

Everything about Three Little Birds was very nice. More room than I expected, well equipped, well maintained, nicely decorated and very clean. It's in a great, peaceful location, perfect to enjoy the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay, the host went above and beyond with attention to little details. We even had soap and shampoo along with some little snacks which was a warm welcome after driving 8 hours and arriving late night when all stores were closed. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to visit your property again.

Stayed here for 3 days. Property is in a peaceful and quiet area. Ample room for parking. Convenient location to the island. Sheila has her place stocked with snacks, coffee, creamers and many other items that we sometimes forget to bring or run out of. Really appreciated the beach towels. Washer and dryer was a definite plus. I whole heartily agree with the many other reviews that mention much more than I have. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything about this place was perfect. It looked newly remodeled. Well stocked with everything you need. Warm and inviting on design and decoration. Beautiful property in a quiet, peaceful location. We hope to reserve this place every time we plan to stay in the area. Thanks Sheila for making this house feel like home! My expectations after reading the VRBO reviews were high! An employer that I used to work for had an objective to “set the customer’s expectations and then succeed them”. Three Little Birds did just that!! The Eastpoint town folks were kind. There are plenty of natural attractions within short distance, such that boredom should not be an issue! Want to relax, or rained in? Just hang out at the VRBO and sleep or play board games. Very nice stay!!

This was our 3rd time staying here. It’s perfect! I’m ocd about cleanliness, and this place fits my personality perfect! You will not be disappointed!!

My mom and I loved our stay, the property was conveniently located to restaurants, St. George Island, and Apalachicola. Everything was clean and organized, and many essentials were stocked for our use (toothbrushes, extra blankets, etc.) There were also beach towels and a beach umbrella that we greatly appreciated. Communication with the host was clear and polite and I'd love to stay here again.

Needed last minute accommodations to attend a memorial in the area, so our only requirements were location & room for 3 adults (myself and my partner + my brother), but this gave us so much more while still being reasonably priced. The unit was so adorable, nicely decorated, and incredibly clean. Well stocked with necessities and even some extra goodies (snacks, water, coffee), plenty of towels and linens, etc. Bed was very comfortable and we slept great. I'm picky and always travel with my own blankets and pillows but didn't even need to use them! Brother took the pull out, but thought the couch was comfortable enough that he decided not to even open it. Nicest shower we've had in a rental, great water pressure. The little deck was great for enjoying coffee & birds in the morning and the frogs and lizards in the evenings. Didn't have any issues to reach out to hosts over, but were very friendly and courteous in passing. I hope this rental is available the next time we make it down there because we would definitely return!

Absolutely the best VRBO experience ever. Easy booking, great price, excellent host communication, awesome location and the most comfortable and quaint bungalows we have ever stayed in! Highly recommend!

Sheila and Jim get an A+! Their place is easy to find, very clean and organized, decorated well with cute beach theme and Three Little Birds theme in little spots that when you find them you can’t help but smile. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels and just about every kitchen gadget you can think of! I forgot to pack our youngest her sand toys for the beach and was delighted to find they had a little tote with some inside the closet. We enjoyed playing the board games and the location was close to SGI so just a short drive away we could enjoy the beach and fishing with our kids! We highly recommend this rental for small families and/or couples and would not change anything about it! We definitely look forward to booking with Sheila and Jim again! And will be recommending them to family and friends!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Quite evenings on our secluded deck with a glass of wine. Very relaxing and easy access to surrounding areas. Great place!!

Our stay was wonderful!! The location was fantastic as it was close it everything we wanted (Island was just a 10 minute drive, shops were close by, good coffee shops, great seafood spots, etc). The check in was great and the hosts were fantastic!! If I had a question, she responded within an hour (most times less) and was so sweet and kind! The place had EVERYTHING you would need and more! It was so well stocked with coffee, towels, water, some snacks, and even beach equipment! I know we will be back to visit this little island again and I can't wait to stay here again!!

Sheila is an amazing host and a very kind human, and her apartment is the absolute best place we’ve ever stayed in. Not only is the home beautifully furnished and extremely clean, but Sheila also provides everything you could ever need or want and more! Everything from the kitchen to the bathroom to the closets were extremely well-stocked with ALL of the necessities (as well as plenty extras of everything!), and she provided tons of games, appliances, and beach equipment galore. My husband and I were the most comfortable and at-home we have ever been here at Three Little Birds, and Sheila is an extremely responsive and friendly communicator as well as a lovely person to get to know. Stay here to really feel at home and completely at ease on your vacation, and make sure to enjoy all of the amazingly abundant wildlife in Eastpoint and St. George Island while you’re here. This vacation spot and this home Sheila hosts = the perfect relaxation getaway.

The cottage was so restful after being on the road for nearly a week. It was so clean & comfortable and amazingly well-stocked with everything we needed. And it was lovely. Thanks so much for all the extra touches!

We loved our stay at Three Little Birds. Cottage was cozy, comfy and the perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and new. All of the accommodations were perfect. Literally just have to bring yourself and clothes. Area was quiet and easy to get to. We will definitely be rebooking!

Loved the beach theme decor. All accommodations there as if one is to stay for a long stretch! Love the technology as well.

This property is decorated beautifully and well maintained. The owner was very thoughtful to include various coffee choices, hot chocolate, salty and sweet treats, water, and tea. Definitely a 5 star accommodation, and highly recommended.
