Perfect spot for 2 families. So close to concert venue! Walk to Starbucks through neighborhood and couches super comfy. Great respite from the SL Aug heat!

My friends, family, and I had an absolutely lovely stay in Kearns at the Hygge Hive! The accommodations were as described on the listing, and Jenn was great to communicate with. We had 8 people in our party, and I was a little unsure about the room with the bunkbeds, but they were bigger than they looked in the picture and comfortable even for adults. The backyard was spacious and perfect for our big doggo. We didn’t spend a ton of time out there because it’s such a hot summer, but I can see how it would be perfect outside in the spring or fall. I’d recommend that the host get a basic coffee maker, or that you bring your own coffee. There was a keurig, but it doesn’t quite do the trick if you’re big coffee drinkers like me and my crew. The location was fine for us, we were looking for somewhere on the west side, but just keep in mind it can take about 20-30 min to get into downtown depending on traffic. I loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living room, it was comfortable and great for visiting with each other! Also the downstairs giant couch is amazing.

We booked this property to attend a concert. The inside of the house was perfect and exactly as described with amenities we didn’t even know we needed (eye masks!!!)
The backyard borders a busy street, it was too hot to sit outside so the road noise didn’t bother us ,

We were in Utah visiting our son and his family. This home was very close to theirs and fit our needs. The grandkids enjoyed the toys and the baby gate and stroller were a big plus.

This home blessed our teens with comfortable beds and clean linens and a wonderfully stocked kitchen for cooking and serving. The check-in and check-out process was well organized. Truly appreciated the dual floor with each having a living room layout. Thank you tremendously.

The interior of the house is very nice. It was perfect for our dinner party. Unfortunately, we came home late in the evening to no heat. Messaged the manager and Went to bed. Woke up and still no answer by 10 am. Manager stated she turned off her notices due to ”so much traffic in and out of the house at late hours.” First off, we left at 9:30 and came back around 2. I would not consider that so much traffic! Second, monitoring my coming and going is invasion of privacy! I asked for a refund for the second day as we had to leave due to being so cold. Tried to talk to the manager and work with her. All communication ended after I asked her to refund me for the second day.

Our family enjoyed this property very much. The teenage boys loved the hot tub and the adults enjoyed how clean and easy to access the property was. Thanks for such a fun experience.

This house is straight from a magazine cover! So incredibly well decorated and felt just like home. The view off the back deck is absolutely incredible. Perfect place for a family getaway in SLC.

Hyggie Hive was spectacular! The moment we walked in we were in awe. The decor, accommodations, the ability to entertain both adults and children, the bedding. Everything was sublime. Jennifer communicated throughout the stay and offered tickets to the ice castles. I would have taken them had I not already bought some! The place is conveniently located near grocery stores and the view of the mountains all around was breath taking. I highly highly recommend this place. You can seriously bring up to 10 ppl here and everyone would would be able to sleep comfortable. Thank you for the stay and providing memorable moments for my family and I.

Had a wonderful stay at Hygge Hive, stayed with 5 adults and 2 dogs and where very comfortable. All the details in the house made our stay very enjoyable. The coffee station with hot cocoa, coffee and teas where very pleasant. The rooms where all very comfortable and having earplugs and face masks available for guests who have a hard time sleeping away from home was a very nice touch. The home was decorated beautifully and all very functional. Communication with the host was very easy, and she was very responsive which we appreciated. One of the more comfortable vacation rentals we have stayed and would be happy to come back next time we are in the Salt Lake area.

What an amazing trip. The home was warm, clean, and had all the amenities you could need. We spent a lot of time in the backyard building snowmen, enjoying the jacuzzie and just simply creating memories. The location was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Jennifer. Really appreciated how communicative she was. We also loved that they were so pet friendly and how they provided a doggie bed and other items for our furry family member. Would highly recommend this home.

We rented this property over thanksgiving holiday. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to have our holiday there. Plenty of room and very very comfy. Decorated with attention to even the tiniest detail. Would definitely stay at this one again and again.

This house was beautiful! It was so cute and comfortable. There was plenty of room for my group of 10 adults. The kitchen was open and well stocked. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The communication with Jenn was timely and thorough. We loved staying here for our girls night and would rebook in a heartbeat.

Was a great place to stay and cute little house. Only drawback was there wasn't enough towels or bedding for the couch when we arrived. That was fixed shortly with a quick few messages with the owner. Owner was very nice and reaponded fast to messages. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the cutest place to stay!!! I have never seen a house decorated so beautifully!! The host was so easy to contact if we had any questions and would respond very fast! We had a bachelorette party here and it was the perfect place!!! Would definitely recommend!!

My family and I stayed at the Hygge Hive while visiting family. The home is beautiful! It was very accommodating and had everything we needed and more during our stay. We loved the little play area set up, it was a prefect space for our kids. Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
