If you think you found a relatively fairly priced unit on Key Biscayne, do NOT make the same mistake as me. This place was so bad I left a night early. The pictures on display look nothing like the haphazard unit you'll actually stay in. The pictures do not include the peeling paint, broken appliances, and putrid mold smell in the apartment. I was really looking forward to this trip, but after two nights, we decided to leave. Ended up overpaying for the time we stayed. You won't be able to get ahold of the unit manager if anything goes wrong. Believe me, I tried two weeks before the reservation, and I should have known this was a mistake then. Not even Vrbo can get ahold of the building managers when I called to complain about the unit. The apartment does not look anything like the pictures besides the white walls and sunlight. There is furniture in the picture that is completely different from what's inside the unit. The sofa is stained and dirty. There is no rug, unlike the picture. At least two of the light fixtures were broken. There was no overhead light in one room, and the overhead lights in the other room were broken. As a result, the unit felt cold and depressing. I found bugs in my suitcase the first night. More bugs and ants filled the place on the second night before we left. There was a foul mold smell that made my brother sick. The iron had gum melted to the bottom. Before I run out of words here, let me summarize: It's not worth it.

The condo was clean though dated- but we were really only in the condo to sleep and shower and have breakfast before leaving out for days of adventure and fun! Location was great, safe area, easily walkable to some restaurants and stores. Management was very accommodating- on site and easy to get a hold of!

The positive is that the location is excellent! However upon arrival the unit was dirty , floors sandy, kitchen grease on stove, and top of refrigerator. Old appliances. Refrigerator very noisy.Bathroom dusty. We had to wipe down everything. Lock on sliding door to enclosed patio did not work. Clothes bar in closet broken, reported and no one came to fix Furniture horrible, nothing as pictured , all old and tired, stained, chipped furniture . Door to one bathroom did not close all the way and sink was slow to drain. Furniture outside was the only comfortable and only 2 chairs and little table on a huge balcony. We paid for our own cleaning twice a week in order. Washer and dryer not in unit , on main floor for quarters. We were there for a month working remotely due to COVID. Had it not been for the location, fabulous weather and no recourse on payment not sure how it would have worked out.

We rented for 4 persons but everything was basically for 2. Two deck chairs, limited chinaware and utensils, small bathrooms. Other apartments seemed better equipped. Also very moist and odors. Loved the private beach access, and easy parking. Friendly staff.

Great location in the heart of Key Biscayne but our unit was a disappointment compared to the online pictures. The beds had waterproof covers under the sheets which made noise whenever you moved. The couch did not look clean or comfortable so we never sat on it. We were only there one night, so it was easy to sit at the dining room table. On a positive note, the pool did look nice and we were able to access the beach very easily.

It's on a quite street in the heart of Key Biscayne and close to all everything you need from shops to restaurants. Equivalent of 5 small city blocks yo the beach and right next to Ritz Carlton snd Cliff Drysdale tennis academy. 10 minutes walk to supermarket and restaurants. There is a good size safety box in the closet. On the downside the place is outdated, the property pictures were fyom better days and the was too cold. Room service was as per request and only on odd days. Cleaning was basic. Balcony was narrow but long with only 2 chairs. If you sre used to 5 star hotels, uou won't like it. It was a good price and great location for me attending the tennis club next door.
