arrived to the room and the smell of cigarettes as soon as we opened the door , dusty all over the room and I checked under one of the beds and a big long hair and debris on the “fresh” bed, contacted the office and the nice gentleman offered another room, I went and look and dust all over the room again and I didn’t want to walk at all to the room, went to desk again and the gentleman canceled the payment but appears that they didn’t I CONTACTED BOOKING.COM AND THEY DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL. (SO MAKE SURE YOU BOOK WITH A SITE THAT HAS YOUR BACK).

the shower, good lighting, comfortable bed and nice a/c unit keeping it comfortable all day

When you call in it’s not someone at the front desk, it’s a third party. both people I spoke to over the phone told me the room was ready but once checking in the room was not ready and the maid was barely about to start cleaning it. it messed my plans up so that sucked.

The Shawnee had tape on the cilling Aldo the there was a injection in the closed area no good experience at all and the facility is really poorly maintained nothing like the pics of the website never come back sorry

The AC was not working, was dirty inside and the air didn't come out well.

It was close by my apartment which made it easy to pick up my boyfriend since I had booked the hotel for him. Really clean inside, comfortable bed.
