I loved everything about the complex. It was clean and quiet. The beach was awesome!!!

Two weeks stay from end of May into June. Gulf water was warm with some cool spots some days. Walking the beach each morning was great.

The property was in a quiet location and well maintained. The only negative was there were too many rules. You couldn’t have food or drinks down at the pool and they had a camera watching if people were playing games in the pool. They would tell you to stop. I understand when there are a lot of guests, but sometimes we were the only guests at the pool.

We had a wonderful stay, starting with the check-in process. The security guard was a delight and helped us with navigating the buildings. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The king bed was super comfortable! The chairs and table on the balcony made watching the sunset even better. Thank you all for a great stay!

We booked thinking this was as represented a luxury unit. The unit was clean but needs updating- writing with a magic marker on the washer, dryer and microwave (inexplicably 2 microwaves) is just tacky. We were initially given the wrong access code but staff was helpful in resolving that issue. Neither the coffee maker nor the ice maker worked. Staff did replace the coffee maker on day 2 and put in a work order for after out departure for the ice maker. If you are not expecting luxury the unit is fine but not we expected based on the description. The pool area is lovely but the gate system gave many guests problems. Not a place I would recommend for the price.

What an AMAZING place to stay !Access to beach is crazy easy. The hot tub was great to get in after spending time on the beach .Even the pullout bed was comfy! Very easy drive to restaurants, and shopping.

Just steps to the beach,; had pool and hot tub access. Covered parking. Very quiet and clean. Trash chute was a bonus.

Amazing place if you have a small child. Worked so wonderfully having a bedroom separate from the living space for nap times. I loved that there was armed security 24/7, the security guards were all incredibly friendly and helpful as well. The building is well maintained, the location is incredible. Close enough to Clearwater to get there in a few minutes, but away from the tourist trap chaos. My husband lived on the balcony, lost in the beautiful ocean views. Honestly, we want to buy it if it’s ever for sale! So great. Adorable decorations.

Shaky start with the room not cleaned at our checkin time, but TVR fixed it quickly and reimbursed us for our troubles. We loved the unit and had a wonderful time. The only thing I would change would be to have unit specific umbrella/chairs for beach so there is no confusion. We cant wait to come back as soon as possible, and hope to stay here again!!

Beautiful condo on beach
Working with TeemingVR and the whole process was a delight. Any questions I had were properly addressed. The unit was as it looks in the pictures. The balcony was particularly nice with the chaise lounge and other chairs to sit in and enjoy the waves from the fifth floor. I also found the little cooler and beach chair helpful for my days at the shoreline. Thank you for offering a wonderful property.
