The house and yard were clean and neat. Great location for swimming and bike riding. There were no niceties like a booklet or note telling us good places to eat or where to put the garbage/recycling, etc. Had a question when we first arrived so we called the owner who answered the call and all was resolved in a minute.

Wonderful stay, close to the beach, restaurants, when i was young we stayed on this road with a family home many years ago, brought back lovely memories, the host was excellent and Vrbo the best!

The area was beautiful and. quiet. Being very close the water was a big plus and very relaxing. The house was small and rustic but very cozy. Big enough for 2 people comfortably. Had everything needed to cook simple dinners.

Quiet, cool (on a hot and muggy wknd), relaxing and homey. Great water pressure, too. Loved watching the birds on the canal at different times of day. Both beds were very comfy and coffee at the breakfast bar was nice way to slowy wake up. Highly recommend it!

We enjoyed this house very much! The perfect house for weekend getaway in the Hamptons for me and my family. The owner Lori was super responsive. Highly recommend.

The address was incorrect. The outdoor chairs needed to cleaned. There was an ant issue, but it was clean. The beds were and linens were very comfortable. Good location.
