This condo had a fabulous beach view! My husband and I loved sitting out on the lanai every morning having our coffee and breakfast and every evening watching the sunset, it was just so breathtaking and peaceful! The condo itself was decorated beautifully and had all the amenities and utensils you could ask for! The aderondike chairs on the lanai were a bit uncomfortable and could use some cushions and the glass panels could have been cleaned upon our arrival, my husband had to clean them himself. Some of the bath linens were stained and there could be more of them as well as more kitchen linens, there was only one kitchen towel! The rug on the living room could be replaced as it is getting worn and faded. Other than those few, minor things the place is quite lovely! The staff is very friendly and we met some very nice guests while we were there. We would stay there again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay. Very nice building, safe and secure, away from the Clearwater crowds but so close to everything. We loved the peace and quiet and proximity to attractions. The view from the unit cannot be beat. Only a few steps to the beach which was clean and not crowded. The condo was clean, decorated nicely, and furnishings and beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook our meals there and the washer/dryer was handy. The pool and hot tubs were great as well. We had a great time and would definitely come back. A few items could use some improvement in my opinion: showers/tub could be updated and the master shower had mildew/mold all around the door seal and in a few areas of grout. There weren't any beach chairs specifically for this unit - luckily some were labeled for general use but I think these should be guaranteed for each unit. I would have been upset if I had to go out and purchase being that this is the sole reason a person rents a unit on the beach (a big thank you to a prior renter that purchased). The main problem we had was that for two days of our stay, there was construction going on in the unit above us. It was so loud we could not hear each other over the noise and there was no way we could stay there during those days. The weather was not cooperating so we had to find something to do. This was NOT disclosed to us at all. This building is a tightly run ship and the condo would be aware of all construction and I think Vacasa should make it a point to know this schedule. Vacasa was great at communicating with us but offered nothing other than an apology. Overall, a great place and an easy process.

Very clean, generously equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the week. Quiet building and very comfortable sleeping quarters. Excellent location, close enough to the excitement but far enough from chaos.

We loved our stay in this condo! Beautifully renovated with fantastic gulf views, quiet beach, warm pool and private. Close enough to be in the thick of it in minutes and quiet and relaxing while on the property. Billard table and library was avaliable for use too. Kitchen was outfitted with everything you could possibly need.... we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner! The only piece missing was some beach items, we had to buy chairs and a boogie boarding but left them behind for the next family. We will be back!

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view! Just close enough to everything, but not crowded like right in center of Clearwater. So peaceful and relaxing.
