Location was nice and close to the lake for easy walking.

The apartment is very nice and pretty big, all clean.

The Apartment was conveniently and easy to locate. Bus stop is steps away from the front door. The apartment was quiet, extremely clean and very spacious for my party of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Very nice dishes, pots and pans, silverware, coffee maker, toaster etc. The bathroom has a wonderful shower and was very spacious. Wonderful views of the mountains from many of the windows. I would highly recommend this apartment.

My suggestions: Include more details in the house booklet on the location to place trash and how it is to be separated. Not all countries have the same practices, therefore, it was a little confusing at first but we finally found the trash location in the basement for recyclables and the outdoor garbage for trash. Also, reference in the booklet the location on the first floor to store ski's and boots. This wasn't a room we identified until the second day. The other suggestion is to offer a bar of soap for the shower as this wasn't something we anticipated traveling with.

Very convenient location, with parking in front of the building and bus stop right there, so we would take the skis from the ski room and be at the bus in 10". The bus takes you to the signal bahn which is 3 stops away and takes you straight to the slopes. Even in the busiest time of the year, it wasn't packed as going up directly in st moritz dorf, so really great. The apartment is spacious and has everything one needs for a family up to 6, with only one bathroom I am not sure how it could fit 8 :). the kitchen has everything needed and we could cook great meals in it. It was very practical to have a table in the kitchen and another one on the dining area next to the living room. As it is on the 5th floor, the light is great and you can even view a bit of the st moritz dorf from the balcony. We spent a lovely Christmas.

Minor detail, there wasn't a bottle opener and the pans weren't good to cook with, everything sticked to them.

only one parking space per apartment assigned. we rented two apartments with 4 cars. in our 6 days stay most days the 10+ parking space have at least 3 to 4 space open. but the owner kept asking us to move our car out. very annoying. 6 days owner provided only 2 garbage bags. we had to buy toilet paper. the house keeper was not friendly. she did not open the ski storage at morning and we missed bus. the owner asked us to pay damage which we were not responsible. one closet door went off completely just after first slight open. but the owner kept saying the door was new and ask us to pay 200CHF. the dinner table was badly finished without properly stained. it’s like original wood. wine spilled on the table top and was not able to be wiped out. the owner asked us to pay for the table damage. we first booked 5 days and later added one more day but owner charged the extra day with much higher rate because we were badly need add it in emergency.
