Home had plenty of room for 6 people. Would 100% stay here again. Very close to all activities.

LOVED this house. So beautiful, so well maintained, impeccably clean, had everything we needed. Home owners were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Wish the neighborhood pool was included in the cost. House wasn’t walkable to an ocean beach, but was a super close and easy drive to local beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and fulfilled all of our needs. The host family was very gracious and thought of all of our needs and beyond. The bed was so comfortable that I slept better there than I do at home. I personally didn’t use it, but my family found the outdoor shower to be a real treat. I know that they can’t control it, but we had perfect weather and a wonderful vacation. Thank you very much Ford Family.

Everything about this house was spot on! Very clean, cozy and inviting! The location was excellent for those looking to explore the cape, but also avoid traffic on busy days! Kathleen was a great host, and acommodated every request. Would 100% book again 5/5!

Kathleen and her family welcomed to us into their home and we very much enjoyed our stay. The house is in beautiful condition and offers all the amenities a family with small children could ask for. The location was very convenient to beaches and downtown Falmouth, and we would certainly stay there again in the future. Kathleen was a wonderful host and very responsive, we thank her for making our trip to Cape Cod so nice.

The house was pristine, comfortable and so well-equipped! We enjoyed evenings eating on the patio and hanging at the firepit as much as our days at the nearby beaches and other Falmouth activities. We look forward to returning.

My wife and I rented this property for three nights in early August 2023 for ourselves, our son and daughter-in-law, and their children, ages 1 and 3. The property is well situated in East Falmouth, where there are several beaches, many restaurants, and shopping, all within a few miles. We spent one morning at Menauhant Beach, one morning at Surf Drive Beach, and one morning first at the Great Harbors Resident Association playground (within walking distance) and later at the Cape Code Children's Museum. Both beaches had ample non-resident parking for $20. As the youngsters needed to nap, we spent afternoons on the property, playing games in the house or yard. The backyard is lovely, tree-shaded, and sporting a hammock, ring-toss game, Adirondack chairs, and a patio with a table surrounded by chairs and shaded by a large folding umbrella. In the garage are several games for older children as well as a wooden cornhole set appropriate for any age. The owners responded to our pre-visit questions quickly and were very accommodating. For example, we knew we would arrive early and asked if we could enter the house before 5:00. They said we could enter as soon as it was cleaned and that they would text us when the cleaning was finished, which they did. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything a visitor might need and we were surprised with the addition of a welcome basket. The beds were comfortable. Lighting was excellent. Electrical outlets were plentiful.

Beautiful and spacious inside. Great for everybody close to everything. Close to the beach close to Main Street shopping you can even take a bike ride. Then at night you can relax at the fire pit roasting marshmallows.

We loved our week-long stay! The house was in immaculate condition and was incredibly comfortable. Our family especially loved the backyard for grilling and hanging out after days at the beach. The other huge positive is the pool at the residents association, where our kids went to swim every afternoon. This wasn’t our first time staying the the neighborhood and won’t be our last! Would recommend this house to anyone! Thanks for an amazing week!

Such a beautiful home and property! I stayed here for a friend's wedding weekend and it was clean, nicely furnished, and the perfect location for everywhere we needed to be in Falmouth. Such a lovely backyard to enjoy the nice weather, would highly recommend. The property owner was very responsive and attentive, thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here over Xmas 2022 and were cozy despite massive winds, deep cold and 2 days of light snow. Nice location, attractive furnishings, very comfortable beds, great for 2-6 people.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Ford's peaceful beach cottage. There are so many thoughtful touches and the house is conveniently located to all the Falmouth highlights. Hope to return in 2023!

The home and location was beyond our expectations. The house was tastefully decorated and very clean. Kathy truly thought of everything to create an inviting and fun environment to create lasting memories with our family. She was kind to check in with us upon our arrival, leave a welcoming basket with essentials to get us started, had a well stocked kitchen, and the garage had plenty of beach chairs and games to play in the large yard with a forest view. The outdoor shower was great to clean off the sand after a day at the beach. We enjoyed Menauhat Beach, which was close by and not too crowded, but recommend taking a 15 minute ride one day to Old Silver Beach, which had less rocks. Loved our stay and hope to return!

The Fords have thought of everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. From a well-stocked kitchen (including sharp knives & grilling utensils!) to spotlessly clean bathrooms, Tide pods for an unexpected load of laundry, very tasteful furnishings and even a front-porch day bed to enjoy your morning coffee. We very much appreciated having a "home" that included king and queen beds and wasn't crammed with sleeping spaces. Because, let's face it, once you reach a certain age, you just don't want to sleep in a twin bed or share a room with someone other than your significant other. And, not everyone travels with children. We're already talking about a return trip and please let us know if you ever consider selling. :-)

My family has been to Cape Cod many times. This was our favorite house rental to date. The home was beautifully decorated and spotless. The owner was very responsive and even checked in to make sure my family was having a good time. The backyard is perfect for sitting around the fire pit to make s’mores and there were several lawn games to borrow in the garage. We would definitely stay again.

Great home and location, nice flow for backyard barbecue and games, evening chats around the campfire. Also great for morning walks, trips to children’s playground, and nice little harbor area for launching paddle boards/kayaks. Very close to E.Falmouth beaches for day at the beach, or restaurants, Smitty’s Ice Cream, etc…. Wonderful outdoor shower. Home has everything you could need and very relaxing.

The location is fantastic! You are near everything!!! Great restaurants, shopping, activities.. the beaches and water are all within walking/biking distance! Within the community - you have a pool, tennis courts, games, etc.. the house is brand new, really decorated nice! All of the finishes are high-end. The backyard is huge and private! The host has the house fully equipped and was just a pleasure to deal with! The host checked in with us and wanted to make sure all was perfect. —even leaving a welcoming basket of goodies!! The home is extremely clean!!!- we are picky with our rentals and this was spot on!! We look forward to staying there again!

We had a great time at Kathleen’s home; she was a wonderful host and was friendly, accommodating, and quick to answer any questions we had. The house was very nice, clean, and worked great for our family. The location was great; we were able to quickly get into town or the beach but also enjoyed walks around the neighborhood.
