Met up with some friends to watch football games at the Slide Creek Retreat and it was truly a treat! Very nice house just as the pictures show and great communication from the hosts. Loved it and plan on being back.

My husband and I loved this beautiful house tucked back in the woods. The views from every single room were amazing. It feels very secluded, but it's only minutes from the state park and all the fun things to do in Hochatown. We will definitely bring our kids and their families back to this gem in the woods.

This space was very cozy and relaxing. We were 6 adult women looking to relax and that is exactly what we did. The cabin was well stocked with kitchen necessities, hot tub towels, bath towels and even extra blankets! The owner was very responsive when we had questions and also provided a hard cover book with all instructions and detailed information that anyone could ever need. Overall, great experience and we will be saving this cabin for future bookings!

I booked this cabin for a girls getaway with 9 people. The cabin itself was spectacular and the location was very convenient to trails, Hochatown, and Broken Bow. The home was stocked with main needs of linens and toiletries. The outdoor items were great and was used all weekend long. Overall, we would highly recommend this cabin and would book again!!

The house was adorable, had everything we needed, and was super clean. The plunge pool was a great outdoor addition for summer renters. Highly recommend this place.

We frequent Broken Bow to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and from the moment we pulled into the driveway, we felt tucked away in our own little paradise. Our family trip consisted of children age 5 through teen, and adults ranging from mid 30’s to 60’s. Every single person loved this home, location and the amenities. Our 5 and 9 year old stayed in the dip pool or hot tub most of the time. I love that neither is deeper than 3’ so it eased my water safety worries. The house came stocked with most everything we needed and was very clean upon arrival. We brought our 19ft boat and it was easy to park. The main attractions of Hochatown, Beavers Bend and Broken Bow Lake are a 10-15 minute drive. If you want to be in the center of it all, I’m sure there are cabins in closer proximity but we loved that this one felt tucked away and there was less traffic to deal with. We will definitely return. Chris is an amazing host and even with some payment issues in the beginning, he was patient and worked with me to resolve the problem. We will most definitely recommend this property and will return as soon as we can!

Amazing cabin !! We had a girls weekend celebrating a big 40 birthday ! The cabin is very clean, spacious, and secluded, we definitely used everything the cabin had to offer! Enjoyed night of hot tub and watched chick flicks, made s’mores by the fire pit, grilled hot dogs, even went hiking, and kayaking which was a short drive to State Park. We have decided to make this an annual trip, if not more frequent!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at slide creek. The house was beautiful with a jacuzzi and slide for the kids. We loved the location, close to all the shops and restaurants but felt secluded.

Slide Creek Retreat was INCREDIBLE! From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d be repeat guests! It was even better than we imagined! Great location to the park and other fun yet secluded enough to feel like we weren’t surrounded by others. The cabin was super clean and maintained. Our boys…well let’s be honest…even my husband and I loved the game table upstairs. The boys loved the bunk room and the PlayStation and we all enjoyed the hot tub at night. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us. We cannot wait to return!

Our retreat was absolutely perfect. Excellent communication from the moment we booked. The cabin is beautiful. When we arrived, the cabin was prepared in such a welcoming manner. Everything was so very clean, with all the amenities and special touches to make our stay so comfortable. Also, the cabin location is a short drive to great food, entertainment and market (the best market we found is Pruett’s food. They have such an amazing selection!) Thank you Slide Creek for a lovely retreat!

Our time spent at Slide Creek Retreat was wonderful! The cabin is absolutely beautiful. Not only is it well thought out for your every need while there; the owners have spared no expense in building and decorating. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor living space. The web page accurately describes the cabin and the photos are exact. We we secluded, yet close the park trails and about mid way between Broken Bow and Hochatown. The booklet that is provided on line after your book your stay, was very thorough and gave lots of helpful hints to the area. We will definitely book again!

We loved the property and had a great time

This place was great for a last minute getaway with the kids before school starts! We loved the hot tub, shuffleboard, corn hole, slide off the back deck and just relaxing! The master bathroom is awesome with a double headed shower and stand alone big tub! It was clean and new. We’d come back!

The stay was amazing, everything was provided perfectly and thoroughly. Our property owners were very nice and responded quickly. They provided plenty of blankets and towels as well..

Beautiful cabin in the woods! We went on a little getaway with 3 kids and 4 adults and the place was PERFECT! Enough space for everybody. The host was amazing and did not forget anything. It has all the amenities you want, it’s clean and really cute. We will definitely stay again.

Look no further for the ideal cabin with all the amenities. This cabin was perfectly clean, aesthetically pleasing, comfortably furnished and well equipped. They thought of everything. It was peaceful and quiet, the layout is perfect for two families. We had an unforgettable stay. So close to state park, attractions, super market, and restaurants.

Such a cute cabin, perfect for cooking and hanging out. It was very convenient to get to the lake and river.

Without a doubt one of the best cabins I've been in the Broken Bow Area. We travel to OK at least 2x a year with our family and friends and this cabin has everything and more that you could need. Our kids loved the bunk room and slide outside. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking and entertaining. Overall it was an amazing experience and we will definitely book again.

We will always rent this cabin every time we go to Broken Bow. It’s gorgeous, had every amenity we needed for our family of young children, and best of all, we never wanted to leave. Our children said it was their favorite place to go and that made my momma heart happy. I would highly recommend Slide Creek to everyone.

Our family had the best time at the cabin and the kids are already asking when we can go back. They loved their whole “own area” upstairs with bunk beds and loft, and we enjoyed our private suites downstairs as well. The location was great, a Short drive to pretty much everything in the area. Will definitely be back!
