Although the cottage was not within walking distance of Park Avenue, it was just a short drive away. The adorable cottage was decorated beautifully. Four high maintenance gals were able to get along with only one bathroom! Super cute!

My spouse and I really enjoyed the beautiful location of this VRBO rental, which was a close drive to downtown historic Winter Park. Jose and Nuria were very friendly hosts and were accommodating to our needs. The second property that Jose built, which is where we stayed, is really adorable with some nice amenities. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and it served us well in making several meals. The beds were quite comfortable and there were even fake candles in the bathroom that served as nightlights so we could make our way in the middle of the night. The backyard is absolutely beautiful, but due to the outdoor heat we mainly stayed inside. The neighborhood is very safe to walk around too. This little place was great. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy communication with the host, nice sitting area outside, very clean and inviting and the home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and easy. My daughter, granddaughter, and I were in town for Cheer Competitions at Disney, and took a couple of days before the madness began to do some fun things in the area.
The Host quickly answered any questions and provided entry codes on the morning of our scheduled arrival. Winter Park is the most delightful place and has kept the charm of a true Boutique Suburb with its quaint cobblestone roads. This wonderful place is two blocks from the main road and a 10-15 minute drive to whatever you want. It was spotless when we arrived and was decorated so nicely. Also, it had all the products needed upon arrival, so we felt we were all set for a wonderful two-night stay. I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Extra bonus was the incredible yard and the place to sit out. Surrounded by trees, tropical plants, and potted plants. Very private and quiet. A perfect retreat or quick access to downtown.

This property is even better than the photos on VRBO. You are surrounded by a beautiful yard with lush vegetation, plus a small patio and a fire pit. This little guesthouse was beautifully appointed, decorated for the season, and immaculately spotless! The host was amazing and responsive. It is far enough from Lee Road and 17-92 so as to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to the amenities of Winter Oark that it is very convenient! We were overjoyed by the layout of design and private backyard with firepit and table and chairs to relax and watch the sunrise with morning coffee. The kitchen and common area were very tastefully decorated with complementing decor in bedrooms. It was fun to see a slight nod to Mickey in the kitchen. Hosts were very responsive to any needs we had.

Exactly as advertised, this boutique guest house is located in a very quiet neighborhood minutes from Winter Park (and Downtown Orlando) shopping and restaurants. Tucked behind the main house, Casa Ordoñez is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything a gourmet cook would need. The outdoor space is shared with the main house, but there is a very nice private area out back. Parking is on street, but convenient. Jose, the owner, was super friendly and a great host!

We needed a place to stay with our two teens to drop one off at Rollins College. This was a short 10 minute drive away. We had 2 cars packed with stuff and needed a safe place to park them; this quiet neighborhood was perfect. The home is behind the owners house, and they were very respectful of our privacy. We were not surprised since the reviews were amazing but this apartment is so great! It was very clean, comfortable and the hosts are terrific! My husband usually books these for us and he was unable to come on this trip which means I booked it. that when my son was able to come last minute I forgot to let Jose know. I sent him a message on the way to the airport and he responded right away that there was no problem! What a relief!! There is a fully stocked kitchen to make any food you bring along with a coffee maker and ice maker. If you need a place to stay in this area you should absolutely consider this place!

So happy with our stay in Orlando. Property was quaint, clean and comfy. Space was perfect for our UCF graduation trip and was just as pictures showed. Outdoor space lovely too! Great location and close to Winter Park shopping and restaurants. Would definitely return if in the area!
