Chang, von der Rezeption ein Mitarbeiter, war sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hatte auch immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und bemühte sich sehr. Das Personal im Restaurant war auch sehr nett und bemühte sich ebenfalls. Leider ist das alles was ich vom Positiven her sagen kann über das Hotel. Der Rest war eine Enttäuschung.

Angefangen hat es damit, dass sobald wir angekommen sind die Unterkunft bezahlt werden musste und wir einfach irgendwohin gesetzt wurden mit der Aussage, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei. Mehr Information über das Hotel (z.b über die Anlange und co haben wir nicht bekommen). Wir saßen über eine Stunde neben der Lobby wo eine kleine Bar war und es kam niemand und fragte uns ob wir was zu trinken wollen (wir hätten es auch separat gezahlt). Wir waren die einzigen in der Lobby und auch nach zahlreichem Augenkontakt und Lächeln wurden wir ignoriert. Als wir nach über einer Stunde keine Info bekommen haben und niemand zu uns kam (wir waren im Blickwinkel der Rezeption) gingen wir zu der Rezeption und fragten ob es noch länger dauern würde. Diese reichten uns dann recht verärgert und überfordert den physischen Schlüssel zum Zimmer. Im Zimmer angekommen wurde es leider nicht besser. Das Zimmer, bzw. die ganze Anlage sieht nicht unbedingt so aus wie auf den Fotos. Staub überall, die Türe des Badezimmers war schon Kaputt und abgebrochene Teile der Wände machten uns sehr stutzig wie viele Sterne dieses Hotel wirklich verdient hat. Das Personal (außer die oben genannten Personen) war nicht besonders freundlich und verstanden fast gar kein Englisch. Sie machten auch keinen sonderlich bemühten Eindruck und wir bekamen durchgehend das Gefühl, dass wir einfach nicht da sind, ihnen egal sind und, dass wir komplett übersehen werden. Hauptsache wir klatschen nicht wenig Geld hin für ein fünf Sterne Service der maximal, wenn überhaupt, für drei Sterne ausreicht. Da das Hotel auf einem Hügel oben ist und man recht gebunden an ein Taxi oder anderes Fortbewegungsmittel ist, entschieden wir uns im Hotel zu essen. Das Essen war echt nicht berauschend und wir haben dem Restaurant zwei ehrliche Chancen gegeben. Kann ja sein, dass der Chef mal einen schlechten Tag hatte.

Великолепный вид с панорамных холмов на город и море ) Виллы расположены террасами создавая приватную камерную обстановку , отель с большой территорией , но при этом людей встречаешь только на завтраке , вилла выполнена с стандартном для курортных отелей минималистичном стиле, ни чего сверх естественного мило и со вкусом 😉

Отель, это место, то пространство куда клиент должен и обязан😉раз за разом возвращаться, желая окунуться в приятные, теплые воспоминания , которые он получил от пребывания в месте где все от интерьера до экстерьера создано исключительно ради него и для него -ощущать как повседневная рутина, вся та суета ) больших городов, отпускает его -плавно погружая в релакс 😊! Но, у нас получилась другая история, и дело тут в том , что менеджмент ( не персонал, не люди работающих руками ) а именно менеджмент отеля , крайне посредственно относится к своим обязанностям по контролю работы отеля , в результате это ты начинаешь обращать внимание, на детали и те моменты которых в принципе не должно быть в отеле пять звезд ( но скорее всего это особые маленькие нюансы Таиланда 😂) Теперь коротко о том что именно раздражало : если ты не уведомишь табличкой с просьбой убрать номер то персонал в принципе его не будет убирать от слова совсем 😂😂😂 их ( персонал) грязные номера не беспокоят , если ты вывесил табличку во второй половине дня, тебе ни кто ни чего убегать не будут, тебе не принесут ни воды, не полотенца ни уберут пакеты с мусором , если ты снял табличку продолжаешь ждать уборку дальше……, в результате перед входом в виллу на черном граните у всех вилл большие жирные пятна от мусорных мешков , душевая сделана из натурального камня который по какой-то неведомой причине в жутких белых разводах , веранда у бассейна сделаны натуральной доской ( это большой плюс ) а минус -она частично сгнила и ее практически всю вывернуло🙂 лечат данную неприятность наш «гостеприимный» менеджмент гвоздями с белой замазкой отчего ходить по этой доске выглядит кране опасно , переодически ты бодро подскакиваешь в 5:30 утра под свист забившегося насоса бассейна пытаясь сообразить что сейчас взорвется 🥹, когда-то вход на виллу по задумке архитектора должен был быть украшен галькой и декоративными растениями - но шли годы и поход персонала в отсек для обслуживания виллы переместили...

Beautiful natural surroundings

Rooms are not separated but connected to each other by thin doors. First night neighbors came back around 1AM and started fighting. We asked for room change but next night we slept with stoppers in ears because how you could hear everything from next room. Terrible experience, especially for such price and in such calm and well designed place.

The Hotel is perfect, absolutely beyond our expectation. It is located on top of a hill which offers a extraordinary scene of the Phuket City. We stayed in the Lemongrass Villa with private pool. The villa is newly built, it is very clean and spacious, and the private pool is very clean. The environment is relax. What impressed us the most is the staff! One of our family members lost his wallet in the taxi and we actually did not expect to find it back. Unbelieveably the staff (especially the hotel manager) tried very hard to help us call the airports, taxi counters, check the CCTV and eventually he managed to identified the number of the taxi and help us to contact the taxi driver. Finally we got the wallet back! The service of the staff are just absolutely impressive! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who are looking for affordable luxury resort experience!

Very mediocre food.

Schöne Einrichtung. Die Lage ist etwas weiter außerhalb, wenn man aber für paar Tage seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist es perfekt!

Der Service entspricht leider nicht der Preisklasse. Da unsere Villa etwas weiter weg von der Lobby war, haben wir uns einen Caddy vorbestellt, damit er uns abholt. Leider hat man uns vergessen oder kam zu spät, weshalb wir einfach selber losgelaufen sind. Beim Check-Out war die Dame leider auch nicht allzu bemüht und es gab nicht mal die Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung war. Das kenne ich von der Preisklasse ebenfalls ganz anders! Schade. Die Dame beim Check-in hingegeben war sehr bemüht und ist positiv hervorzuheben!

Noku is a really excellent hotel, we were impressed. The rooms, restaurant, staff, pool were all great.

We stayed in a standard room, which was beautiful; however, we expect a higher level of noise insulation to nearby rooms for a hotel of this standard.

The property was amazing! The staff were super friendly and accomodating. The rooms were EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! The pool and everything else about the hotel was just fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Noku if you want to feel like royalty.

Love the place really peaceful and relaxing. The location is a little bit far from the main areas of Phuket but if you are looking for a peaceful stay I will recommend it. The staff are really nice too.

The dining options are limited but the food is great.

개인 풀에 옆방과 차단된 벽이 있어서 편하게 놀기 좋았고 방도 깨끗하고 넓어서 쾌적하게 지냈습니다. 신혼여행이라 조용한 방으로 달라고 메세지 했는데 요구도 최대한 맞춰줬고 직원들도 친절해요. H19룸이었는데 로비나 공용풀이랑도 가까워서 따로 버기카 부를 필요없이 걸어서 잘 다녔습니다. 개인 풀보다 공용풀이 뷰가 더 좋고 사진찍기 좋아요. 기타 요가룸, 헬스장도 조그맣게 있어서 잘 이용했고 조식은 국수가 맛있었어요. 위치가 좀 언덕배기라 걸어서 어디 가긴 그렇고 올드타운은 차로 20분 정도 찰롱사원 5분 안팍이라 그랩있으면 잘 다녀요. 빠통비치 가실분은 차로 한시간 정도 걸리니 참고하세요.

조식은 가볍게 먹기 좋은 정도이고 룸서비스로 시킨 파스타, 피자, 샌드위치는 딱 기본적인 맛이에요. 그랩으로 배달시켜 먹는게 낫습니다.

The infinity pool has a fantastic view. The buggy service was very responsive and the location is lovely.

No form of entertainment on site and we were not aware of any activities or social opportunities within the hotel.

Not clean, raised the issue during the stay however cleaning was still not good. Understaffed , the actual hotel is nice however not clean, maintained properly . The breakfast buffet was exactly the same for the 5 days. This is my fifth time in phuket did bot enjoy the hotel at all , eventhough i took a villa with a swimming pool villa, didnt use it once because of the lack of cleaning .

The employees were very friendly and the room was clean. We enjoyed the idea with tea time - we never tried before the Thai tea, so it was a great experience (however it was a little bit strange, because tea time was supposed to be for free, but we came and the first thing we got was a normal menu to buy something) We liked the free minibar. The spa pool was beautiful and we enjoyed a lot the water temperature of the pool that we booked with our room (often when we booked at another hotels, the water was just too cold and so we could not enjoy it)

Overall we would give a good rating, because there is nothing that really bothered us, however I think this hotel doesn't have good price value for what you get. I think there are many other hotels that have better price and you get much more for it. First of all, even though the hotel is newly opened, it's not really new - there is old and new part. We payed quite much money and the hotel was empty, but our room was old and used (for example the colour was coming off from the taps on the sink and shower and it was swimming in the bathtub - it looked rusty, extremely used and old) The terrace with the pool and view (we didn't have any view at all) did not look at all like on the picture of what we booked (the picture was from the newer villas). I don't understand why we did not get the newer room what we specifically booked and especially if they are newly opened and want to make good impression. There was also strange smell when we came in. Even though the minibar was for free and supposed to be refilled every day, they did not refill it. We asked the cleaning lady after cleaning and she told she will come later to refill it, she didn't though. The breakfast was poor for 5* newly opened hotel, not very rich, not much choice, there was nothing special included, they were also not making egg Benedict. The location of the hotel is actually also in the middle of nowhere. My boyfriend asked if they could also do a romantic dinner for us (nicely decorated table with view) and they simply told they don't do romantic dinners. They didn't offer anything else and I think that's something that 5* hotel should offer and newly opened hotel should try harder to fulfill the wishes. So somehow I did not understand the price we payed - for very old room, hotel in the middle of nowhere, and not very good breakfast. If we compare it with other hotels where we stayed, we would not return to this one.
