Apartment needs more luxury touches

The location

The furniture is different from the booking pictures

location is great, and host made it quite simple to check in and out. he left us multiple key fobs which made access easy.

apartment needs better standard of cleaning. carpet and sofa and floors were not cleaned well. also no mop or floor brush provided to clean over a 10 day stay.

Big room

There were ants in the kitchen

it was clean, spacious and comfortable. short walk to amazing spectrum center. with lots of shops restaurants and entertainment for the kids. the weather was unseasonably cold so we didn’t get to swim but the pool was beautiful.

great location and nice to have a home from home.

Host was really helpful helping us check in. Whenever we had questions the host would promptly respond and always being helpful. Happy that we stayed at this property. Look forward to our next visit!

The location was terrific for us, right by Irvine Spectrum, "The Village", and the intersection of the freeways. Beautiful area for walking around. Comfortable beds, soft sheets, laundry machines and detergent to use, useful dining table and chairs, very clean.

Provide information on how to use the thermostat for temperature control, better cutlery (knives, forks, spoons). Overall, it was great, and nothing to complain about.
