We were so happy when we walked in to your Plaka property! Not only was it beautifully furnished but it was sparkling clean. The fact that we could open the windows and look down on the streets and see the restaurants, people and hear the music was great but sitting on the roof top in the evening was especially lovely. We were very pleased with our choice to stay with George who was quick to respond to questions and keep us up-to-date with check-in and check-out procedures. We would definitely choose to stay in this apartment again. Thank you!

Overall, we enjoyed the apartment very much. Very clean and in a great location. There were a couple times when there was a lack of communication. There was not enough toilet paper, we had to buy more. There was no napkins or paper towels. Not aware we had to buy our own. Also, had to buy more laundry soap. All in all though, would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent location, wonderful MENO Company, newly renovated modern accommodation, surrounding restaurants and shops are excellent. Close to transportation and easy reach to airport and port for cruises. Super value for the price, we'd stay there again when in Greece!

We absolutely loved this property. Located in the Plaka, just a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the Acropolis and acropolis museum. The apartment has every modern convenience- large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Toasters and coffee maker, as well as electric tea kettle and nespresso machine. Lovely comfortable beds with each bedroom having its own toilet/shower/sink and a handy toilet only bathroom by front door. We were provided small hand soap and body wash, shampoo. Towels and hand towels provided. Super clean. There are three large TVs in the apartment. One block to the grocery store- but if you don’t want to cook- you are surrounded by restaurants/tavernas. All dishes and glasses/ cups provided are beautiful. And the roof top has a table and chairs and awesome view of the acropolis.The location to take trash out was about a block away. The front bedroom does hear some sounds from restaurants and street but we seriously didn’t have any issues with it. Lots and lots of windows and light! The curtains block the light well for sleeping. The only utensil we needed was a spatula. You might want to buy or bring paper towels, and wash cloths if needed. There is another small room with couch that could work as a bed. The outside door and inside door work with punch key so we could go to different locations and not have to worry about getting into apartment. We felt very secure in this apartment. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was great. It was close to all the sites we wished to see in the 4 days we had in Athens. It was also directly in a restaurant and shopping area. Also, there was a supermarket within 5 minutes walking. Fantastic.

Our family came to George's beautiful apartment at the end of November 2023 with high expectations based on what we saw online and the great communication from George. We found all aspects even better than anticipated and would come back in a heartbeat. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The check in process went very smoothly with John and we had the best meal of our whole European vacation based on a recommendation by John. The location in Plaka is hard to beat - gorgeous view of the Acropolis from the rooftop patio and easy access to everything! At other stays on our European vacation, we struggled with the beds as Americans used to more than box springs, but those at George's were comfortable and we had the best sleeps of our trip. Thank you for enhancing our trip to Greece!

The flat is quite simply amazing...the views from the flat not much, but from the terrace, spectacular! Luckily, the weather cooperated. The flat is large, airy and very comfortable. You could not have asked for a better location. Right in the heart of Plaka. My husband and friend were running the Athens marathon, which is why we chose this location to be close to the race activities. We always prefer to rent a flat in order to be more comfortable and the ability to prepare light, healthy meals, especially pre-race. The flat has a brilliant kitchen with ample pots/pans/dishes however, there were no pot holders, dish cloths, knives, or any other kitchen utensils such as spatulas or spoons to stir or turn a meal. In other words, no way to prepare a meal. If you are booking this space with hopes of utilizing the kitchen, I'd look elsewhere. Other than that, the flat is awesome. I would also recommend to the owner to have bathroom wastebaskets with lids. Athens is one of those places where you can't flush toilet tissue....the lidded trash is a must! My rating on cleanliness comes from 2 inches of build up on the baseboards and some unidentified substance stuck to the bathroom door frame...gross. We wouldn't rent again simply for the inability to cook in. If the kitchen isn't your thing then this would be a stellar property for you!

This is where you want to be. Nice modern apartment right in the middle of everything. Kitchen has coffee maker, Nespresso machine, microwave, and refrigerator. Washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a comfortavle bed and full bathroom. Second bedroom is comfortable and had a full bathroom right next to it. Apartment also has a half bath. Rooftop deck has great views! George makes you feel at home. Communication was very good. He is a gentleman! We will book again. Highly recommend!!

Amazing accommodation in the heart of Plaka. The area is filled with restaurants and shops, and was within walking distance of all the meeting points for our tours and activities. The rooftop patio has an amazing view of the Acropolis, which is even more breathtaking at night.

Great property, one of the best VRBO’s that we have stayed in. One suggestion is to have paper napkins and paper towels available for guests

We had an amazing time in Athens, and it was largely due to the wonderful accommodations. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was large enough for two couples with a nice living room, dining room and kitchen. We were able to pick up food for breakfast and snacks at a market just a two minute walk away. Restaurants and shops were right outside the apartment. The streets were fun and safe. Great location! Also, very responsive and helpful owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Practically 3 bedrooms , 2 1/2 baths - with a rooftop view of the Acropolis and you walk out the front door right into the fantastic Plaka district. Somethings else to take into consideration - which we did not- is how close the taxis/drivers can get to a building in Plaka. This apartment is literally about 30 sectonds from the intersection. We could not have picked a better spot. It’s even less than a 3 minute walk from a supermarket so you can grab some items to prepare meals inside the apartment if you don’t want to eat out every meal. They also arranged pickup and dropoff to the airport for us along with one of our tours. Absolutely loved doing business with them and will do it again!

Location, location location! This property was in the heart of the Plaka and was so beautiful. We got to know all the restauranteurs and shopkeepers since we stayed there for a few days. Lovely visit.

My family thinks this was our best internaional apartment rental. It was a lovely, well appointed flat in a perfect Plaka location. They were amazingly communicative, helpful and responsive. Our flight was late but they tracked it and we were met at the flat for a thorough check in. We'd return in a heatbeart. Our only suggestion would be to perhaps have a little more in the way of linens (but I'm confident that if we had requested this, they'd have provided - we didn't bother to do so).

This property was perfectly located for us to explore Plaka and the nearby Acropolis. The apartment is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. We had a fantastic time! Would recommend this for a romantic getaway for 2 as well as for a family.

This property is everything! It's close to all Athens has to offer. It's spacious and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer, but the price is pretty steep. Plaka is the cutest little shopping area with so many options to explore and eat. I would love to stay again in the future. You will not regret staying here for your Athens visit!

We stayed at George's place and it is absolutely gorgeous! The place is immaculate, well organized and has all of the amenities!!! The location was in the center of Plaka, walking distance to facilities restaurants, attractions and then some! The place is just amazing!!! Communication was great. We had no problems finding the place and I just cannot say enough wonderful things about George's place! We WILL stay there again! Good value for your money! Just amazing! This was the perfect apartment for Athens. Everything is at your doorstep. Great neighborhood, great views, perfect location and wonderful host. Communication and hospitality were perfect. This would be a fantastic apartment for a larger family but was perfect for the 2 is us. Will stay again next time in Athens.

Perfect for 2 couples, or a group of friends as there is a loft connected to one of the bedrooms. The space is beautiful, with everything you need. Great location. Would stay here again, even if it was just hubby and I!
