My wife especially enjpyed the view from the property, something she mentioned more than once. A couple of minor problems the owners resolved very quickly.

Clean 2nd floor unit was very quiet with a extremely comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
Sofa in living room is worn and collapsed in the middle. No soap or shampoo in unit, so bring your own!

Very clean and organized.
The sofa bed was not suitable for an adult to have a comfortable good sleep. Very bad. The owner should try it for one night. The bedroom bed was very good.

No instructions on how to work the TV. Then I got it to work somehow, but on the second day, it just froze up. Plus did not have any cable channels, just basic channels. In the directions to the place, you should mention the address and name of the complex that is on a sign on Clark street. This address is different from the apartment address.

Didn't get an apt# with our confirmation. When calling, only able to leave messages. No return calls to multiple calls. Also no responses to multiple emails. Ended up in a motel at midnight. Booking.com was worthless in helping as they were called also multiple times.
