We had a reunion of college friends and their spouses, and we stayed in this unique luxurious. It all our needs gave us a lot of room to be together and to be alone with our spouses. The host were quick to respond and very helpful. I’d stay there again!

Our family stayed at this property while attending a family wedding in Asheville,NC. Beautiful house, lots of space (there were 5 kids + an infant), bathrooms and kitchen were totally upgraded and fully equipped. I had to call the owner with a question and he replied right away. The kids loved the Pac Man game table and full size foosball talble. The setting was beautiful! Can't say enough about this property.

The house was comfortable , spacious and clean . Love that we didn’t have to bring dishes , bakeware , sheets or towels . Yard and deck are big , kids loved playing outside and we sat out by the fire every night . Close to Asheville , groceries , and hiking ! Owners were very responsive even though we didn’t have any issues

This was a beautiful home and a perfect fit for my large family (8 adults and 6 kids!). Jason was SO responsive and helped make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend :)

The home has a perfect layout for 15 people… plenty of room to be together and to also have space, especially with five little girls running around. We are thinking about coming back in a couple of years and this would be the property we would choose to rent again. A few couples are now interested in purchasing a memory form mattress because of how well they rested in the beds that were in the house.

The home was absolutely amazing. Our group was 12 family members. Spacious kitchen allowing us to enjoy cooking together. The views from upstairs were beautiful Plenty of space to be together or have quiet times. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We asked family form various states to meet up here for 4 days of laughter, good food and fall foliage. It’s hard to know when picking a listing sight unseen whether it will live up to its promise. However, at this property, it exceeded our expectations with its beauty and location. We can’t recommend enough choosing this property for anyone looking for a stunning view (yet close to downtown Asheville). We are grateful for this property serving as the backdrop for a wonderful family reunion. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay at the Overlook with plenty of room and all the comforts of home. We celebrated our wedding with a small group. The location is away from the main city area, but not a far drive into town. Great communication with the manager and he provided great recommendations for the area.

We absolutely adored this home to gather friends and family in our wedding party under one roof. I could not imagine a better space to house all our couples and it never felt cramped at all.

Absolutely perfect spot for our large extended family to stay for our daughter’s wedding. The house is spacious, well appointed with modern amenities and incredibly comfortable beds. The bedroom/bathroom ratio, open floor plan and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces make this house ideal for large groups.

Our group of 12 loved this house and had plenty of space. Driveway had enough room for all our cars and the property was very clean and very beautiful. Everything was amazing and as expected. Only thing that was slightly less great than expected was the outdoor fireplace was gas and didn’t produce much heat so we didn’t really get to enjoy a fire and the road is too dangerous to walk / run on but there are many great trails a short driving distance away.

This house was perfect for our group of families. Just about every room was an en suite. The house had three living rooms for us to spread out in and the kitchen was big enough for a couple of people to cook at the same time. The weather was perfect, so we utilized the back deck. We did get a couple of visits from the bears, but luckily, we were inside when they strolled through the backyard.

The house was exactly as advertised. Newly done, modern finishes, lots of room, nice deck. We had 4 couples and accommodations were excellent. More room than we needed. Two large rooms for television viewing. Also, two refrigerators with ice makers was a nice touch.

The house was clean and spacious and exactly as the listing stated. Jason was easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions before and during our stay. The location is perfect for all the Asheville activities, DT Asheville, hiking or just gathering on the spacious deck. Beautiful views and the mama bear and cub were a fun surprise! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to prepare meals. Ingles grocery store is a short drive and it’s a really nice large grocery store. So nice to have that many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 11 people. We loved it all!!

The Overlook Asheville Escape was my cousins home away from our homes for our 9th annual cousins retreat and it was phenomenal. Riding up to the house view was breathtaking and then we entered the house. Beautiful! ! ! It was 11 of us this year and we all had our own room. The 3 spaces for lounging was welcoming so everyone had room to sprawl out. One designer cousin thought all the decor/design was spectacular. This house is centrally located to a lot of attractions so it was a short drive to the Biltmore and downtown. Communication with the host were addressed quickly. I think if our cousins retreat ever brings us back to Asheville, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you Jason and others for making this years trip a winning one.

This house worked out well for our group of ten. It was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. It’s just a short drive from all the great places and activities Asheville has to offer. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was exactly as expected from the description. It is perfect for both privacy and group common space. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of working space, excellent appliances and lighting. The deck is large with a great view. Noise was never an issue.

Spacious and quiet This was a lovely remodeled, spacious house which fit the needs of our family of 8 adults and 4 children. There was a Pack and Play available for the family of 6 who had the lower level while the 3 adult couples had their own bedroom and attached bath on the main level. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware, utensils and dishes to prepare home cooked meals that were enjoyed at the table for twelve. There was even a highchair available. Ingles grocery store was close by to purchase our groceries and staples. It was nice to have gotten the information packet beforehand suggesting what to bring. I was able to share it with the family and know ahead of time to bring my traveling supply of spices. Our host, Jason, responded very quickly to any questions I had. Since there were few games, and not wanting the children to be outside by themselves, due to the bears and other wildlife, it was nice to have the foosball and Pacman arcade. A mama bear and her cub entertained us one evening. It was a good opportunity to be able to tell the children that bears were not animals to get close to.

We enjoined our stay! We like to come back again!

This was a beautiful home that was perfect for our family vacation of 6 adults and 2 boys. There was plenty of space in each bedroom for sleeping and having your own room for downtime. The house was clean and well equipped. The kitchen was amazing and has pretty much every utensil you need. Jason was very responsive and helpful when needed. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms and whole home were decorated well. Loved the modern airy feel. This location is 15-20 mins to everything you’d want to do and the house comes with a booklet of recommendations for guests. We saw a bear the first day and she just walked around the property and enjoyed a back scratch on a tree. Very cool! All of us would stay here again.

We went to Asheville to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation with our extended family and this was a great house. There was plenty of space for five couples and our two daughters. Bedrooms were large and the bathrooms were awesome with lots of cool functionality. Family room space was also great with a game room as a bonus. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well! Location was excellent - close enough to downtown Asheville shopping and breweries while also having great views. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our family get together! The house was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable for our group of 12 adults and 3 children. Loved how the owner included a foosball table and Pacman console for entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our vacation. It was so clean and organized. We loved having so many bathrooms and most of us had our own rooms. This is a great place to reconnect with old friends!!!

5 couples from all over the US gathered to ride and socialize. the house was perfect - very well equipped kitchen made cooking for 10 east - with everything we needed. Jason was very communicative and answered all our questions. i highly recommend the property - even if you don’t ride.

I loved looking out of the window in the morning to see the mountains! Every room had its own bathroom! My bother who is a chef for an NHL team noted that that the kitchen has everything you need and more! I would stay here again.
